Far enough from Montmartre to allow rest and quiet, yet only steps away from that bustling neighborhood, this lovely apartment rental in Paris offers the serenity of interior courtyards, genuine home comforts and close proximity to some of Paris best dining and newest clothes and design shops. A short 15-minute walk south leads to two of the 'Grands Magasins' (Galleries Lafayette and Printemps) and the opulent Opera Garnier, with its magnificent Chagall-painted ceiling. With a choice of two metro lines and four bus lines within a two-block walk, this apartment provides ready access to all of Paris for those with business and interests beyond the neighborhood. The New York Times highlighted the area as giving visitors the opportunity to experience Paris as the Parisians do, so it is highly recommended to rent a Paris apartment in this area. The closest metro station are Place de Clichy, Liège, Blanche.

Standing

This apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building whose access is secured by a door code.
The apartment has a balcony overlooking the street. One of the bedrooms gives on the balcony too. The second bedroom windows overlook a courtyard.
All windows are double glazed so the apartment is very quiet.

Layout

This lovely 57 sqm is very well organized. It has been entirely renovated a decorated recently and we do like this place and its atmosphere.
It has two separate bedrooms and can sleep up to six guests.

The entrance gives on a hall that leads to all the rooms.
The main room is lovely and comfortable. It has been divided in several areas. The living area features a coffee table, an elegant white leather armchair and a sofabed that can sleep two people (140x200). It also has a large flat TV with a special wire to plug your iPod, iPad, iPhone. You will then be able to listen to your own music, watch your own movies and play with the games of your iPhone but on the television which will be much more pleasant !
You can have dinner on the dining table that can accommodates up to eight guests thanks to the leaf.
The French windows open on a long balcony. You can access it from the master bedroom too.
The master bedroom has two doors. One giving on the living-room, the other giving on the entrance hall. If you enter the bedroom from the entrance hall, you will first go through a small dressing room, perfect for your clothes and belongings, even if there is another wardrobe in the bedroom.
This bedroom features two single beds (80x200) that you can put side by side to form a queen size bed (160x200), a design armchair, a large mirror and a very nice gloss white console. Note that the console has wheels so you can place it above the bed to have breakfast or to work with your laptop for instance.
The second bedroom is accessible from the entrance hall as well. It also features two single beds (80x200) that can be put side by side for a couple (queen size bed 160x200). The bedroom features a wardrobe and a small table.
The bathroom is located between the second bedroom and the living-room. It has a bathtub. Toilets are in another room next to the kitchen.
The fitted kitchen is right in front of the bathroom. It is a long room, well equipped, two people can use the high stools and have breakfast on the bar.

To conclude, this apartment will be perfect for two couples even if up to six guests can sleep there. It is bright, quiet, comfortable with much charm. If you look for a contemporary apartment with typical Parisian features such as wooden floor, marble chimneys, moldings, this place should fit your expectations. Each picture, each decoration detail, each piece of furniture has been chosen with much care to offer you a very harmonious interior and therefore the most favorable environment after a long day of discoveries in the city !
