Location

This Paris apartment rental is exceptionally well located in Le Marais, only a walk away from Rosiers Street, St Antoine Street and Place des Vosges. St Louis Island is just 5 minutes away and so is Cité Island. You will have the pleasure of discovering that all the shops around only sell quality products, whether you feel like chocolate, wine, cheese, restaurants, cafés, clothes or any other typically Parisian goods. The nearby ‘La Rue de Bretagne’ has an indoor market, le Marché des Enfants Rouges. Here you will discover a very picturesque and unexpected side of Paris. It is a real oasis, a village within the capital. The main touristic spots are nearby : Picasso and Carnavalet museums, Pompidou centre, the Louvre, Notre-Dame etc. The neighbourhood is very safe during night and day. This location is very convenient in terms of public transport as well. The closest metro station is Fille du Calvaire.

The windows of the living-room and the two bedrooms give on Turenne Street and are all have double glazed. The windows of the master bedroom open on a quiet courtyard.

Layout

This unique 150sqm Paris apartment has 3 separate bedrooms, an amazing living-room and a gorgeous dining-room.
The entrance hall leads to the back side of the apartment and its master bedroom. It has a large 180x200 king size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a contemporary and spacious walk-in shower. The light shades and choice of material convey a peaceful atmosphere to this room, perfect to relax in aftre a day spent sightseeing. Moreover the windows open on a quiet courtyard. In the corridor leading to this bedroom you will also find the toilet.

The entrance hall also leads to the second bedroom. It has two single beds (90x190) and a large wall closet to store your clothes. The second bathroom is next to this bedroom. It has a bathtub, two washbasins and the second toilet.

The living-room is very spacious. There is wonderful decoration, with contemporary high quality furniture : a very wide couch, coffee table, a desk (that can be pulled out from a wall closet. If you don't need it, you won't see it !). Each window opens on to a balcony overloooking Turenne Street.

The third and last bedroom of the Paris apartment is accessed from the living-room. It also has two single beds (90x190) and a large wardrobe.
Should you need more room to store your clothes, luggage etc, you will find the dressing room, in a room divided in two, with the laundry (with washer-dryer) on the other side.

The dining room is amazing. Once again there is beautiful decoration and it is spacious. You will take great pleasure sitting at the elegant wooden table where at least six people can easily fit.
This room is connected to the kitchen. It is separated by a wall made of glass. The kitchen is well equipped, and its central block works as a breakfast counter.

This apartment can accomodate up to six people. On top of the typically French elements such as moldings, wooden floor and chimney, many items and pieces of art will take your mind to far-off horizons. It has been decorated with much taste and is very spacious, comfortable and bright..

Enjoy time with family or friends while relaxing in the spacious living room. Close to many wonderful sites and easy metro stops. Maybe just eat cheese unless you know how to work a European stove. Wonderful stay at this very large and comfortable apartment. Kitchen and dining room were wonderful to work in, beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was welcoming: designer showrooms, restaurants, outdoor markets. Paris address staff was very helpful. A memorable visit to Paris.
