The apartment is in the 9th district, a lively area with many shops and good restaurants, close to Montmartre area and two steps away from the superb place of the Abbesses. Walk just fifteen minute and you will reach the Opera or the famous shopping center "Galerie Lafayette" and "Printemps". The closest subways are Notre-Dame-De-Lorette, Cadet, Le Peletier and Anvers.Standing
This charming studio is on the 4th floor of a building equipped with a lift. The access is secured by a door code and the presence of a building keeper. The windows give on the courtyard. The view is clear, on top of being quiet, the apartment is also very bright.Layout
This 25sqm studio is well laid out and very charming. It can sleep up to two guests. You will be amazed by the light in this studio. It is also very quiet , you will sleep like a baby ! The main room has a convertible couch. It is equipped with a comfortable mattress for two people (140x200), especially made for daily use, very easy to open and close. The living-room also features a coffee table and a console that can be used as a desk or as a dining table for four people if you open it. A bar separates the main room from the fitted kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with stoves, a micro-wave/grill, a fridge, a dishwasher, etc. All the equipments are brand new. The bathroom has a bathtub and the toilets (plus a washing-machine). This studio will be perfect for short stays, it can be rented for a maximum of three months. It has been recently renewed (Mai 2012) and organized to offer a maximum of comfort.Features
