Location
This Paris apartment is located on the Versailles Avenue in the prestigious 16th district. This residential area is still lively with many shops around.
Many buses and subway station will lead you to the centre of Paris in 15 / 20 minutes. In 5 minutes you can catch the RER C from Javel station, convenient for going to Cité Island for instance, only 5 stops away. Notre Dame is located on this island.
The closest metro stations are Mirabeau, Eglise d'Auteuil and Chardon-Lagache et Michel-Ange-Auteuil, lines 9 and 10. St Germain des Prés is 20 minutes away (10 stops) and the Champs Elysées is 15 min away (8 stops).
Standing
This apartment in Paris is on the ground floor of a very good standard building. The access is secured by a door code. The windows overlook a lovely garden. The apartment is therefore very quiet.
Layout
This gorgeous 43sqm Paris rental apartment has a bedroom and a large living-room. It was entirely renovated in April 2011.
In the entrance hall you will find two wardrobes to store your clothes. The entrance then leads to the spacious living-room. It features a comfortable couch, two armchairs and a very nice Asian buffet. The windows overlook a very nice private garden, which the building keeper looks after lovingly.
A sliding door separates the elegant bedroom from the main room. It features two single beds (80x200) that can be put together to form a queen size double bed (160x200) if you wish. The windows also look onto the fantastic little garden outside this Paris apartment.
The fitted kitchen is open on the living-room. Two bar stools will enable you to fully enjoy the bar. Two rolling curtains above the bar will enable you to isolate the kitchen (visually speaking).
The bathroom is next to the kitchen. it features a walk-in shower and toilet.
This Paris flat can sleep two people. You will be comfortably settled in a warm and cosy apartment,, decorated with much taste and colour.

I stayed in the apartment for 5 month. It is well equipped and offers a lot of space. The rooms are facing away from the street so it is quite calm. I recommend to stay there, if you want to have relaxing stay a bit off the crowded city centres, although you have the possibility to get there quickly.Read this comment on Typepad
