Apartment to rent in Paris in the 16th arrondissemnt ,two steps away from the place Victor Hugo and 5 minutes walk from the Champs Elysee and Trocadero. The Paris apartment is on a calm street. The closest subways are Victor Hugo, Charles of Gaulle Etoile and Kleber.
Standing
Building of very good standing. The apartment rental in Paris is on the 6th and 7th floor (last floor). The apartment has two terraces of 30 m2 with a splendid view on Paris.
Layout
Apartment to rent in Paris of 105 m2 with 2 terraces of 30 m2 each. The apartment is a duplex. On the bottom is the living room with a charming terrace where you will be able to dine. There is also the dining room which gives on the kitchen which is fully equiped with great quality items. On the upper floor are the two bedrooms. The main one has a double bed (160*200) and a large bathroom with bath-tub. This room looks on one of the water reserves of Paris, meaning there is nothing opposite and so absolute calm outside. The second bedroom has two single beds and leads onto a terrace. It also has a bathroom with shower. This rental apartment in Paris is splendid and is located in a prestigious area of Paris !

We spent 5 days at the 36 rue Copernic apartment and it was wonderful. More importantly parisaddress was thoroughly professional our entire stay. Met us at the apartment on time, had the taxi there on the nose when we were leaving, and had a toilet repaired same-day as we were sightseeing. I would recommend parisaddress to anyone looking to rent an apartment in ParisRead this comment on Typepad

We spent 12 days in this apartment. We book taxi from the agency on our arrival and departure and service was perfect. The person from the agency met us in the apartment and explain all the details, which was excellent. Unfortunately the apartment was not cleaned well and was smelling pretty bad. The Sofa was extremely dusty and chairs in the living room were dirty and falling a part. We bought a lot of chemicals from the supermarket and all of us spent almost a day for cleaning the whole apartment, which was not convinient for anyone but simply we did not have other choice because we had a baby with us and stay was not very short. The smell during our stay decreased but we could not remove it even we bought a lot of airfreshers. This was dissaponting because in the website it is mentioned that the apartment was resently renovated. Otherwise location is more than great. Many reasonable price restaurants close by and supermarkets. Metro is extremely close and very convenient too. I suggest agency to pay attention more for cleaning this apartment and maybe change the chairs and renovate the sofa.Read this comment on Typepad
