Location
Two steps away from the place du Trocadéro, and close to the Eiffel Tower, this Paris apartment is in the deep heart of the 16th district, in a quiet, prestigious and residential surrounding. Many shops and restaurants are just waiting to show you the Parisian way of life. You can enjoy a couple of times a week the farmers market on the Président Wilson avenue. Quietness, security and sweet way of life are all attributes in this area.
The closest subway stops to this apartment in Paris are Trocadero and Rue de la Pompe.
Standing
This Paris apartment rental is located on the ground floor of a very good standard building in an extremely safe area. All the windows are double glazed. The apartment is quiet for Paris, which is perfect for resting after a long days walk.
Layout
This 200sqm (2150sq ft) rental apartment in Paris has two separate bedrooms. However it can sleep six people.
From the entrance hall you will have to come down a few steps to arrive in the majestic and spacious hallway that leads to a room which is more like an 'entrance living-room' where a person can sleep as there is a single bed couch (80x190). From this first living-room you will reach the spacious main room, the real living-room, fursnished with much taste and featuring several couches and armchairs, perfect for receiving guests. One of these couches is another single bed (80x190).
This living-room links with the living-room that also opens on the "entrance living-room". The dining-room has a large table that can accomodate up to eight guests.
The long corridor leads to the two bedrooms. Each of them has an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, a double bed (140x200) and a wardrobe. You will find a large flat screen TV in the biggest bedroom.
A third bathroom is located at the end of the corridor. It also has a bathtub.
Note that each bathroom features toilets. The apartment has four toilets as from the entrance living area you access a small corridor leading to other toilets and a laundry room (with washer and dryer). In this corridor you will also find a wardrobe.
The fitted kitchen is spacious enough for four people to eat there.
