This south facing studio flat has an incredible level of light and an amazing view, as it sits in front of buildings that are lower.
In quite a tall building, made safe by two digicodes, the studio is on the 8th and last floor. However the lift stops at the 7th floor so you will have to walk up one flight of stairs.
The flat has been recently renewed and the windows are double glazed, bringing calm and plenty of light.

Layout

This 38sqm Paris apartment is a pure jewel. The entrance hall leads to the kitchen on the left. It is fully equipped and has a great view of the Eiffel Tower.
 You then access the main room, which has been divided in two areas. The living area has a good quality couch, a coffee table and a desk should you need to work.
This part of the room has access to a private terrace, which has a wooden floor. It has a barrel vault made of wisteria. It looks so romantic with a table and chair in wrought iron, you will feel like you are in a 19th century garden!  The plants give plenty of charm to this balcony and thanks to the automatic watering system, you will have nothing to do but enjoy the place.
Inside, the other part of the main room is the sleeping area with a double bed (160x200) and a wall closet. There is access to the lovely bathroom with a large walk-in shower and two washbasins. By the small window you will see the top of the maritime pine which is a tiny but interesting detail from South of France.
From the French windows of the bedroom area you can access the other terrace. It has an astonishing view of Paris, with the lively street down below and the roofs of Paris in front of you. You will feel like the king of the world!

This comfortable and spacious apartment rental in Paris can then accomodate two people. It has so much charm you will have an incredible stay here. The decoration is simple but pleasant, with a few frames and some well chosen furniture.
