Location

Located in a building typical of the Marais district, this charming Paris apartment overlooks the famous Rue des Tournelles but has its entrance on the Boulevard Beaumarchais. It is only two steps away from the Place des Vosges, one of the most beautiful 17th century squares in all of Europe. From the hip Rue des Francs Bourgeois to the old Jewish Ghetto in the Rue des Rosiers, the Marais is one of the most lively and historic areas of Paris, bustling with galleries, cafés, restaurants and boutiques. Most attractions are within walking distance and the Bastille Opera and Place de la Bastille are close by. Located near the Picasso and Carnavalet Museums and only a short stroll away from Notre Dame, the Louvre and the Pompidou centre, the location of this apartment in Paris will certainly be a highlight of your stay. The closest subway stop to the rental apartment is Bastille.

Standing

Building of very good quality. The Paris apartment is on the 5th and last floor with an elevator. Access to the building is secured by a security code.

Layout

Apartment rental in Paris of 35 m2  that has been recently renovated and has a separate bedroom. The living room is very sunny with two large windows / balconies. It is composed of a sofa can be converted into a single bed, a small dining table for three and a large kitchen that is fully equipped. The bathroom has a beautiful old fashioned bathtub. This Paris vacation rental is perfect for having a great time in the city: quiet, bright, top floor with a breathtaking view over the rooftops of Paris, close to the Bastille and the Marais. Do not miss it!

This was an awesome apartment in a perfect part of town. very clean and comfortable. it was way less than what we were paying for a closet hotel room. highly recommended.

We took this apartment for a long working stay in Paris, and were pleased with the location, and condition of the apartment - only not so perfect for someone very tall as bath/shower quite short. Working with ParisAddress = great, and would recommend them to anyone!

Estuvimos con mi marido en el departamento Beaum 94 desde el 23/05/11 al 1/6/11.Es perfecto!!! Muy lindo y luminoso.Comodisimo,todo funcionaba muy bien. La vista desde las ventanas es hermosa,el edificio tranquilo y bien mantenido y la ubicacion es maravillosa. Yoel,la persona que nos recibio,simpatica ,amable y eficiente. Todo estuvo perfecto y lo recomendamos calurosamente. Si volvemos a Paris,este es el lugar donde volveriamosY lo estamos recomendando a nuestros amigos Mario y Elena Buenos Aires Argentina

We were very pleased with 94 Blde Beaumarchais. We chose the Marais because it is so central for seeing so much of Paris on foot or with the Metro. The apartment was immaculate, very well equiped and comfortable in every way. Our only problem was, try as we might, we could not get a picture on the TV. A child would have had no problem, I'm sure !! I will certainly recommend the aparment to friends and family. Shops, restaurants and the Metro were only a short walk away. Excellent. By the way, Anatole was a charming greeter. Best wishes. Geoff Underwood.
