Standing

In a high standing Haussmannian building with a lift, secured by a code and then an intercom, the Paris apartment is on the 3rd floor. It is very bright and has a double exposure.. The living room and one of the bedrooms (with double glazed windows) looks onto the street but no noise will reach you as it is a very quiet street. The other bedroom gives onto the courtyard. The Paris rental apartment was entirely refurbished at the beginning of 2010.

Layout

This 100sqm apartment to rent in Paris has been entirely rethought to offer an upscale fitting. It has three rooms and beds for six people. The bedrooms are lovely and quiet. One looks onto the street and has two single beds (90x200) that can be put together to form a large double bed (180x200). Like all the windows of this flat, there is double glazing. A large wardrobe will enable you to store all your clothes and luggage. The other bedroom is located just in front of this one. It has a double bed (160X200) and a dressing room as well as many closets (so many, you will be amazed!) and a desk. You will appreciate the en suite bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. This is also where you will find the washer dryer. This bedroom gives onto the courtyard. The long corridor leading to the bedrooms also leads to a second lavatory and to a second bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower. The main room is divided in two areas : the dining area with a large dining table that can accomodate up to eight guests, and the living area with a comfortable sofabed (140x200), chairs, a coffee table and a flat screen TV. This room, like the whole Paris apartment, is really bright and you will love spending time here, surrounded by design furnitures. The fitted kitchen is modern and bright, perfect if you love to cook. It is right next to the entrance door, in front of the dining room, which is perfect if you have guests over for a meal. Every square centimetre has been cleverly used and everything is 'tailor made' to give guests a maximum of comfort. You will find ingenious storage spaces everywhere!
