The Paris apartment is on the 2nd floor, in a really quiet residence of 8 floors with a lift, secured by a digicode and an intercom.

Layout

The entrance of this Paris rental apartment opens onto the living-room that is quite spacious and divided in two parts. The first one is the living area, equipped with a sofa (it can be opened and a child can easily sleep on it. However the mattress is really thin, that is why we don't think it is suitable for an adult), a coffee table and two comfortable armchairs. The second space is the dining area, equipped with a dining-table where 4 people can sit. The kitchen is open on the living-room, it is well equipped and spacious as well. From the living-room you can access an absolutely charming balcony of your Paris apartment where you will be able to sit, as there is a small table with 2 chairs. This balcony overlooks the backside garden. If you like green areas, that is the place to be! Please also note that if you have children, this place is perfect as the children are allowed to play in the garden. If you need a quiet place to read, work, or just think and watch the sky, you will love this place. There are 2 bedrooms. In the first one you will find a double bed (160x200) and a large closet. The second one has a double sofabed (130x190), perfect for one person but also suitable for a couple. The window of each bedroom looks onto the garden. The bedrooms of this Paris rental apartment are therefore really quiet. The bathroom has a bathtub and the toilet is independent, accessible from the corridor. To conclude, this lovely apartment will be perfect for 4 people. It can be suitable for 5 people if the 5th person is a child or a young adult as he/she will be able to sleep in the living-room on the sofabed. This peaceful 2-bedroom retreat in Paris will enable you to taste the real Parisian life as well as the quietness and pleasure of having a piece of forest in the backyard!
