Location

This Paris short term apartment rental is located two steps away from the place of the Bastille. This area is, on one hand, one of the trendiest in Paris on the right bank, where you will find the coffees and restaurants of Bastille district. On the other hand, you will benefit from the residential side of this district. The closest subways are to the Paris flat are Ledru-Rollin, Bastille and Faidherbe-Chaligny.

Standing

The apartment in Paris is located on the 7th and last floor of a very beautiful building. There is an elevator and two digicodes for safety. The apartment is sunny all day long thanks its double exposure. Two bedrooms have an extraordinary view of Paris.

Layout

Apartment to rent in Paris of 75 m2 with a large living room and an open kitchen that is entirely equiped. The apartment has three bedrooms. The main one has a double bed (140*190) and the two other have a single bed (90*190). The bathroom is equiped with a bath-tub. This Paris apartment rental is very pleasant with great luminosity, a beautiful view and calmness.

Nous avons séjourné à 4 dans cet appartement. Nous l'avons trouvé très spacieux et agréable. Toutes les commodités, vaisselle, literie. Il est à proximité du métro, boulangerie, Monoprix, etc. Le quartier est très animé et sympathique. De nombreux restaurants intéressants à quelques minutes à pied. C'était la deuxième fois que j'utilisais les services de Paris Address et je les recommande fortement. CANADA

My family stayed at 97 Ledru Rollin or LEDR97 from 12/26/07 thru 01/03/08 and we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was comfortable and a great location. First time staying in the Bastille area and we would definitely stay there again. The apartment was in walking distance to wonderful restaurants and the Picasso Musuem. Very pleased with the services and information provided by Paris Address. We look forward to returning to Paris and using Paris Address's services. Highly recommend this apartment.

My family and I stayed at 97 Ledru Rollin for 5 days during Easter week and had a great time. The Bastille area was fantastic and though we didn't get to eat out with our 1 yr old feeling a little under the weather, the supermarket on the corner more than catered for our needs.The chocolaterie opposite proved too good to resist on more than one occasion. Paris Address' service was also excellent. We look forward to using them again.

We loved our stay at 97 Ledru Rollin April 15-28, 2008. The apartment is full of light and beautifully equipped. Down the street there is a Boulangerie for good bread and croissants, a nice tea room across the street and the Metro at the corner. Bastille has markets, lively streetlife and interesting stores. We enjoyed a ride on the canal barge up St. Martin. Paris Adresse was helpful. We hope to return soon.

I have visited Paris many times but normally I stay on the south side of the Seine, 5 of us stayed in tha apartment at 97 Ledru Rolin for 3 nights and really enjoyed our visit. The apartment is very well situated,the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped, it could, however benefit from some more comfortsble chairs ! I found your website to be one of the best I have ever used and feel that it should be a model for others, it is so easy to find out all the required information very quickly, also it was wonderful to have such a good backup team who spoke such good English. I will certainly use your website again and would recommend the apartment at Ledru Rolin. Mary Murphy King Dublin, Ireland

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement du 26 décembre 2009 au 2 janvier 2010 avec mon conjoint et mes 3 filles. L'appartement était parfait pour nous. Nous pouvions cuisiner sans problème, tout était là. L'appartement était très bien. Le métro est juste de l'autre côté de la rue et il y a une épicerie au coin de la rue. Paris Address sont très professionels, notre taxi était à l'heure et ils nous ont vraiment tout expliqué le fonctionnement et se sont assuré de connecter internet sur notre portable. Nous recommandons cet appartement et Paris Address pour votre séjour à Paris. Toronto

The location is terrific, with a metro station and a supermarket very nearby. The apartment is in good condition. The problems are a rediculously small toilet and very weak water pressure in the shower, and a very small and shakey elevator which got stuck several times. The taxi service was a good choice.
