Location
In the 13th district of Paris, rent this apartment on the authentic and charming Butte-aux-Cailles street, a true village within Paris. This place is unique in Paris because it kept its authenticity with its many small streets, its trees and its sprecial atmosphere with many cafes and restaurants there for you to have a good time. After staying only a few days, you will be adopted by the inhabitants of this “village”.
The closest metro stations are Corvisart and Place d'Italie.
Standing
This Paris apartment is located on the ground floor of a building built in the 30's. Access is secured by an intercom. The building keeper also keeps an eye on the building, ensuring that you are staying in a peaceful and safe environment. The double-glazed windows open on the street but this ground floor apartment is higher than the ground level. Therefore you will have more privacy than in real 'ground floor' apartment, just as if you were living on the 1st floor.
Layout
This lovely 30sqm studio is a charming place and is very bright and quiet.
The entrance hall leads to all the rooms : the first one is the kitchen, fully equipped with enough space for you to have your breakfast in, thanks to the folding table on the wall.
The bathroom is next to the kitchen. It features the toilet and a bathtub with shower head.
Then you will arrive in the main room, simply decorated but with much taste. You will be delighted by all the light coming into this room. On top of that, most of the furniture is white, which conveys a real feeling of brightness to this room. Zen would be the key word.
This room features a dining table for four people and a comfortable sofabed with a comfy mattress for two people (140x200).
The apartment also has a flat tv screen, a DVD player and a stereo with an Ipod dock.
You will be able to store your clothes, suitcases and other bulky belongings in the large closet of the entrance hall.
This charming Paris rental studio will be perfect for short or long stays. You will love its quiet and relaxing atmosphere. You will also be amazed by all the restaurants, cafes and tiny streets of the beloved Butte-aux-Cailles area, not as well-known as it deserves to be, but this is also what makes it such an authentic Parisian area. Once you taste this true Parisian atmosphere, we can assure you it will be difficult to leave it behind!
