A few steps from the Arc de Triomphe, this Paris apartment is located in a quiet, residential neighbourhood, whose streets are safe by day and by night. All the shops that you could need are very close, such as a supermarket, bakeries, caterer and fish shop. You will particularly love the well known Poncelet market nearby, beloved by the inhabitants, where fresh fruit and vegetables are available and butchers offer their wares. Not to be missed is the fish shop Daguerre Marée, which is one of the best in Paris.
The closest subway stops to this apartment in Paris are Argentine, Ternes and of course Charles de Gaulle Etoile. Many bus lines also run through here.
This apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building with no lift. Access is made safe by a door code and an intercom.
The windows open on to a lovely courtyard which is completely quiet.
This 48sqm Paris apartment rental has two rooms. The entrance opens to the spacious living-room/dining-room. The dining-room section has a dining table where four people can sit. There is also a large cupboard for storing your belongings.
The sofabed in the living area is ideal for sleeping two people.
From the main room you can access the bathroom from one door and the bedroom from the other door. The bedroom has a large double bed (180x200) and a small wardrobe. The bathroom has a bathtub shower and toilet. You can also reach the bathroom from the bedroom, as it has two doors. In the case that a guest uses the sofabed, each of you will have access to the bathroom, which is very convenient.
The fitted kitchen is accessible from the entrance hall and opens on to the main room.
You will also have access to another independent room located on the same floor. A washing machine and dryer available for your use are located here.
This apartment to rent in Paris is perfect for four people. It has been moderately decorated, but is very comfortable and also very quiet, which makes you forget you are next to Arc de Triomphe and the lively Champs Elysées!

The Rue Acacias apartment is perfect – great location, with easy access to metro and lots of restaurants and activities. Really enjoyed running routes along the Seine and back up the Champs-Elysees. Fabien and Joel were wonderful – so helpful in locating the apartment and then getting me set up. I could not have asked for a better experience with Parisaddress. I will definitely recommend them to friends whenever they are looking for lodging in Paris, and plan to use them whenever I’m in Paris.Read this comment on Typepad

This apartment was a great home base for visiting and exploring Paris. It was nice to have such a comfortable apartment for resting between outings. We made good use of the Metro and the surrounding restaurants and shops. Joel was very helpful in getting us set up.Read this comment on Typepad
