This gorgeous two bedroom apartment rental in Paris is at walking distance from the Arc-de-Triomphe and the Champs-Elysees. The Palais des Congres de Paris (Palais Maillot) is very close by and La Defense is 10 minutes away by subway. The residential area is nicely animated with its many restaurants and shops. The closest subway stations to the Paris rental flat are Charles-de-Gaulle-Etoile, Ternes, Porte Maillot and Argentine. "Velibs" (Paris bikes), buses and car rentals are also easily accessible.
Standing
Nested on the second and top floor of a 19th century "Hotel Particulier", this apartment to rent in Paris is in a building of very good standing with digicode and gatekeeper. Its entrance is on the first floor (EU way) and the staircase leading up to the second floor is inside. The apartment is sunny and bright and you will definitely enjoy the quiet atmosphere of the beautifully flowered and paved courtyard after a walking day in Paris.

Newly renovated, it is a 60 sqm Paris apartment with two independent bedrooms, one with a 160*200 bed. The living room is large and very pleasant with a dining table for 6 people, 3 armchairs / pouffes and a sofa bed which will allow an extra bed for two people. The multimedia corner is equipped with a High Definition TV with international channels (about 100), high speed internet (ADSL and Wi Fi), HiFi and DVD. The open kitchen-bar is fully equipped. The marble bathroom has a bath with shower. The toilet is separate. With its great location and exceptional environment, you will have an excellent souvenir of Paris in this apartment rental.

We stayed here from 26th Dec to 2nd Jan 2010 with our two young children. The service from Paris Address was great we were met at 8.30am at the apartment. The apartment is in a great area with loads of shops and food markets. 25 min walk to The Eiffel Tower. All appliances and high speed wireless Internet worked perfectly. We stayed in this pleasant apartment in May 2010 and enjoyed excellent weather. The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. Two flights of stairs so not for the infirm, but ever so quiet - we slept really well. The locality is pleasant with plenty of shops and restaurants just a few minutes walk away. Transport options are good with bus, metro and RER all within a few minutes walk. The taxis arranged by Paris Address were excellent,on time, helpful drivers and worth every "sou". The Paris Address staff were also excellent and very professional. I would thoroughly recommend Paris Address and this apartment. If we are ever in Paris again we would certainly consider staying here.Read this comment on Typepad

We stayed in this apartment in April 2011. We've used Paris Address before and will do so again - very efficient and charming service, everything went like clockwork. The apartment is great - really peaceful, well equipped and comfortable. The stairs would be a challenge for anyone with mobility problems (or, as with one of our number, if you've just run the marathon). Nearby shops and restaurants were very good and just yards away - try the Marrakesh round the corner for great couscous. Only two very minor improvements could be made. A bigger pan would help (there were four of us) and some bigger glasses - loads of wine glasses, but nothing much for beer drinkers!Read this comment on Typepad
