Location

A few steps away from the Grand Palais and the Champs-Elysées, in this Paris vacation apartment rental you will enjoy the quality and the good lifestyle of one of the most prestigious neighbourhoods of the capital. The streets are safe, the most famous fashion shops are accessible by foot (Chanel, Dior, Vuitton…) and many cafés and restaurants await your discovery of French gastronomy. The central location of this apartment allows you to get to the principal tourists points by foot or very quickly by public transport. The closest metro stops to the apartment rental in Paris  are Franklin D. Roosevelt, George V and Alma Marceau.

Standing

A very prestigious building. The Paris apartment is on the fifth and top floor with an elevator. It has a very beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. A balcony runs along the outside of the apartment in Paris.

Layout

Apartment to rent in Paris of 110 m2 with a large living / dining room. It is very well furnished with a table that can accommodate up to 8 guests. The main bedroom has a double bed. A charming bathroom with a shower is en suite. The second bedroom has two single beds which can be pushed together to form a double bed. A small bathroom is accessible from this bedroom. The kitchen is separated and fully equipped. This very pleasant Paris rental flat in a superb district just steps away from the Champs-Elysées) and is an excellent “pied-à-terre” from which to discover a wonderful city.

Voici donc quelques points sur l'appartement MARC44, en espérant qu'ils vous seront utiles. Négatif 1/ Les murs dans le hall d'entrée au 5 ème étage auraient besoin de réfection et d'une couche de peinture. Dans un édifice de prestige, on s'attend à mieux. 2/ La cage de l’ascenseur est dans un état lamentable. Le tapis est très sale, et les parois ont été abîmées. 3/ Une lampe dans une des chambres ne fonctionnait pas. 4/ Dans la cuisine, il y avait du sel, mais pas de poivre. 5/ Il manquait du détersif. 6/ Il faudrait sur les parois de la douche un petit support pour poser le savon et le shampoing. 7/ Un manque d'espace (tiroirs) pour ranger nos affaires. Les propriétaires ont gardé et fermé la plupart des placards pour y ranger leurs propres affaires. Ceci était un inconvénient majeur. Positif 1/ Le chauffeur qui nous a pris à CDG et ramenés au même aéroport était aimable, sympathique et nous a aidés avec les bagages. 10 sur 10. 2/ L'appartement est magnifique et merveilleusement situé. Avec d'aussi beaux meubles anciens, le propriétaire prend un certain risque à le mettre en location! 3/ La concierge était très aimable et toujours prête à nous renseigner au besoin. 4/ L'agent avec qui nous avons signé le contrat était aimable et nous a bien renseignés. 5/ La cuisine rénovée à été très appréciée. 6/ La vue est imprenable. Impression générale Nous sommes très satisfaits des services de l'agence, de l'appartement et du merveilleux séjour que nous avons passé dans la capitale. Nous n'hésiterons pas à refaire affaire avec vous ou à recommander Parisaddress à des amis.

This apartment was fantastic. Bigger and better than indicated in the photos.Beds were comfy and bathrooms clean. We would definitely book it again. The location was fabulous, close to the metro and walking distance to many attractions. The view of the tower was a bonus. The service from Paris Address was great. It was nice to be met at the apartment and have many things explained to us. Very helpful..We highly recommend this service and the apartment. Many thanks, Jaccy, Sydney, Australia.

We stayed in this apartment for two weeks with two young children. The apartment was great. Beautiful views of the Eiffel Tower from the terrace and overall a very pretty Parisian place. Beds are very comfortable. Nice bathrooms (3) and a pretty big, well-equipped kitchen. The size of the place is quite large. The location is great too. Parisaddress was very good also. They were very helpful when we arrived and answered many questions we had. We definitely recommend Parisaddress and Marc44 for a stay.

We had a wonderful time in this apartment! It offered us a chance to get together with our kids living in Europe, and was just perfect. The neighborhood was lovely, and the view from the balcony a real treat. Every amenity we needed was provided, and we are sure to tell others about this great week. Thank you! We recently stayed in the MARC44 appartment in Paris and thought it was wonderful! The furnishings were beautiful, the kitchen was very well equiped, bathrooms were great, beds were comfortable and the view was fantastic...better than it looked in the photos. The man who met us at the appartment was very polite, friendly and helpful. We were pleased to have booked a taxi as it made the journey a lot easie. Given that we experienced pick pockets on the subway during our visit I would highly recommend taking advantage of this service! The only thing that was lacking in the appartment was general information on local amenities, which we would have found helpful. Maybe a list of nearby grocery shops, reasonably priced restaurants, post office and recommended sight seeing ideas would be worth including? We only discovered the Bateaubus on the last day and would have used it for the whole visit had we known about it earlier. All in all, it was a truly memorable visit to Paris and I would definitely use Parisaddress again!
