Location

This apartment rental in Paris is located in one of the most elegant neighbourhoods of Paris, near the Arc De Triomphe and the Champs Elysées. There are many cafés, restaurants, cinemas and trendy boutiques nearby. For a perfect French breakfast, an excellent bakery offers high quality products two blocks away (corner of Pergolèse and Duret streets). Rue Piccini is also a short métro or cab ride from the famous La Defense business area- the “Argentine” subway station is only a two-minute walk from the apartment- and one métro stop from the attractive Champs Elysées. The Paris rental flat is also a block away from the exclusive, park-like Avenue Foch.

This Paris apartment is located on the ground floor, in the courtyard of an exclusive, typical pre-war Paris building; you gain entry into the building through digicode-only access, and into the courtyard with a key or by using the intercom. This set up makes it a safe and attractive Paris apartment rental to stay in for a few days or a longer time.

Layout

This 64 sqm apartment to rent in Paris was just entirely renovated. Though on the ground floor, it is a bright, cozy space; A double set of doors give you the feeling you are entering a small house. This all white, tastefully decorated, functional and modern Paris flat is enlivened with touches of black and by the bright colours in the modern art, pillows, sleek furniture and accessories. You enter directly into the living-room with the open kitchen beyond, complete with a dining bar, microwave/grill/oven, under-counter fridge and all the necessary amenities to make yours a pleasant stay. Also on this level, a powder room and a laundry closet with washer / dryer. Wooden stairs lead to a mezzanine bedroom –-it sleeps 2 - and a bathroom with a large shower. Downstairs, the office / dressing room / 2nd bedroom has a sofa-bed for 2 and a large desk. This is a perfect, quiet space to work in. Large closets are there to store all your clothes and luggage. We stayed at this apartment in June and July. It was in a good arrondissement, however the apartment was not as good as we hoped. The humidity was too high there is not enough circulation in the apartment (there was only one window).
