You will reach the Champs Elysees in just a 15 min walk and only a few minutes away from the apartment you will see the famous Galeries Lafayette, Printemps (The 'Grands Magasins' area). Should you travel with children, the Parc Monceau is also close by. The neighbourhood is lively, safe and pleasant. From the Paris apartment you can easily use the buses or the metro. The closest metro stops are Saint-Augustin and Miromesnil.

Standing

This wonderful apartment is on the 1st floor of a building with a lift. The access is secured by a door code and a second gate with an intercom. The windows overlook the quiet Bienfaisance Street on one side, and a very quiet courtyard on the other side.

Layout

This apartment is absolutely unique. Its 160sqm (1728sqft) are a mix of antique furniture, from the 16th to the 19th century, surrealist and contemporary pieces of art and paintings.
From the very moment when you will step in, you will be amazed at this amazing sight. The entrance hall is sumptuous, majestic. This apartment really has a soul and you will feel very privileged to have a chance to stay here.
It features a very spacious living-room equipped with couches, coffee tables, gaming tables, and other side tables. An astonishing mirror has pride of place on an equally wonderful chimney. The gilts on the walls will maje you feel in a castle !
Next to the living-room you will find the spectacular dining-room, furnished with antique pieces and paintings. You will make up your own tales with all the objects exhibited and of course you will have dinner on the dining table for six people.

The apartment has three bedrooms. The first one is next to the dining-room. It has a double bed 140x190. It looks on the Bienfaisance Street, a quiet street. The second is more spacious, with a beautiful desk and a queen size bed 160x200. The third bedroom has a large wardrobe and a large single bed (120x200). It will be perfect for an adult or for two children. These two bedrooms overlook the courtyard, there are also very quiet.
This apartment has only one bedroom. It is lovely with marble and it features an elegant bathtub and a beautiful  statue watching over ! The toilets are in a separate room, accessible from the corridor.
The corridor also leads to the fitted kitchen. It is rather spacious, you will be able to have diner on it if you like.

This apartment can sleep up to five adults, or four adults and two children (if the two children sleep in the 120x200 bed). It is really an amazing place, a rare product, with an amazing French taste, which will definitely please any art lover.
