Location

This apartment in Paris is located in one of the most quiet and prestigious neighbourhoods of the French capital: the quality of life is obvious here! A few steps away from the place Victor Hugo, from the Palais des Congrès and from the Arc de Triomphe, here you will enjoy the great number of superb restaurants and cafés, the shops and weekly markets. The streets are safe and particularly pleasant. The closest subway stop is Victor Hugo (a 3min walk from the apartment) and Rue de la Pompe station is not really far. Downtown and all its main attractions can be reached in a short amount of time by public transport.

Standing

This amazing apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an Haussmannian building secured by a door code first and then a second gate with a door code and an intercom. The windows are double-glazed. They all overlook a lovely courtyard planted with trees. During the summer season you will have the impression to live near a forest !

Layout

Entirely renewed recently and decorated by an interior designer, this wonderful 100sqm (1007sq ft) apartment has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It can sleep up to seven guests.

The apartment opens on a spacious entrance hall. Wooden floor, elegant piece of furniture, large mirror and an amazing picture of Paris. You will feel welcome at first sight !

The corridor will first lead to the master bedroom. It features a double bed 140x200, a desk, perfect to work in a private environment, a large wardrobe with mirror doors and a safe. The en suite bathroom has a bathtub with a shower handle.

The toilets are in a separate room, opposite this bedroom, accessible from the corridor. Note that there are two toilets in this apartment, the second are in another bathroom.

 From the corridor you will then access the main room, lovely, very comfortable, decorated with much taste. Everything has been chosen carefully and you will feel it. This room has been divided in two areas : the living area and the dining area.

The dining area features a large dining table and its eight design chairs. You will have the pleasure to accommodate your guests in the best possible condition. The crockery, the table linen, everything has been taken care of, in harmony with the general spirit of the place.
The living area has a large angle couch. It is convertible and can comfortably sleep one person (130x190). It also features a coffee table and a large flat TV.

From the living-room you will access the second bedroom. It features hideaway beds (both 80x190). You will therefore have the possibility to use them as two single beds, or as one double bed (160x190) if needed. The large wardrobe with mirror doors will be perfect for your clothes and luggage. The en suite bathroom features a very beautiful Italian walk-in shower, an elegant washbasin and the toilets.

The third bedroom has two single beds (80x190). They can also be put together to form a double bed (160x190) if you want. As in the two other bedrooms, you will be able to store your belonging in the large wardrobe with mirror doors, giving this room more space and light.
The en suite bathroom is as beautiful as the two others. It features an Italian walk-in shower as well.

Then, last but not least, the contemporary fitted kitchen. It is right in front of the main room. It features nothing but top of the range household appliances such as induction stove, washer, dryer, terrific oven, etc…

To conclude, this very high standing apartment can sleep up to seven people. It will be a real pleasure for you to live here, and probably a real pain to leave this place ! It is bright, very cozy, in a beautiful contemporary style. Perfect for a family or friends who want to stay in a privileged area, close to renowned bakeries, restaurants, but most of all, for people who want to spend an unforgettable stay in an exceptional apartment.
