You will reach the Champs Elysees in just a 15 min walk and only a few steps away from the apartment you will see the famous Galeries Lafayette, Printemps (The 'Grands Magasins' area). with Madeleine and Opera just a few steps further. Should you travel with children, the Parc Monceau is also close by. The neighbourhood is lively, safe and pleasant. From the Paris apartment you can easily use the buses or the metro. The closest metro stops are Saint-Augustin, Saint-Lazare and Europe.

Layout

This amazing 120sqm (1284 sq ft) apartment has five rooms :  an amazing living-room, a dining-room and three bedrooms. Two of them have 'real' beds, the third one is an office that can be used as a room as there is a double sofabed.

The entrance gives on a corridor that leads to all the rooms of this apartment.
The living-room is very spacious and quite impressive with its golden moldings and its high ceiling. It features two couches, armchairs and coffee tables. It is open on the sumptuous dining-room and its dining table where eight guests can comfortably sit.
Next to the dining-room you will find a room that can be used as a bedroom for two people as it features a double sofabed (140x200) or just as a quiet work area as there is a desk.
This room communicates with the master bedroom but you can decide not to use the common door since the master bedroom is also accessible from the corridor.
It features a majestic double bed (140x200) and a large storage space for your clothes.
The third bedroom is in the back. It features a single bed (90x20), a desk and shelves.
Note that another desk has been installed in an alcove in the corridor, should you feel like working but still keeping an eye on the apartment !
The kitchen is also accessible from the corridor, it is spacious and well furnished.
The bathroom is in front of the dining-room. It features a bathtub and the toilets.

This apartment can sleep up to five guests. You will be astonished by this apartment, the golden moldings, the traditional sophisticated style combined with surreal paints, sculptures, making this place an absolutely unique and atypical vacation rental.
