The taxi driver will then have the apartment key with him and will open you the apartment door.

Location

Between the Arc de Triomphe and the Parc Monceau, one of the most prestigious neighbourhoods in Paris, this is one of the exceptional Paris rental apartments. It is located on an avenue well known for its quietness and its upper class ambience. Only a few steps away from the Champs Elysées, you will enjoy here the sweet Parisian life at its most attractive. All shops are accessible by foot, including the famous shops of Hugo Boss, Vuitton, Chanel and others which are very close. Many restaurants are just waiting to help you to discover French gastronomy. The streets here are very safe. The closest subway stops to the Paris apartment are Charles de Gaulle Etoile and George V.

Standing

High standing building secured by an intercon at the entrance building door. The Paris apartment is on the 4th floor with an elevator.

Layout

Luxurious 35 m2 studio in Paris which has just been renovated with high quality materials. The main room has a double bed (160 * 200), a leather sofa and a kitchen with a bar for dinner. Everything is very modern, such as the induction cooker in the kitchen, stereo bsse, the shower with multi-jet etc. The apartment is bathed in the sun and it is perfectly calm as it overlooks an interior courtyard. Ideally located near the Champs Elysées, this superb, updated studio to rent in Paris will be a highlight of your wonderful stay in the city.

Fantastic apartment. Location was a couple block from The Arch De Triumph. If I am ever in Paris again, I would love to stay here again.

I stayed here with my husband and 9 month old daughter in June 2010. The apartment itself was great, clean and modern. It wasn't huge but it was big enough for what we needed. Unfortunately, we stayed here during the Paris heat wave (~35oC) and as the apartment was not air conditioned (I don't think many apartments are air conditioned in Paris), it was quite hot to return to after a hot day's sightseeing. It was located right near Arc De Triumph/Champs Elysees and was convenient to get to all the attractions that we wished to see and there was a nice big park about 10minutes walk away. The street itself is in more of a business area of Paris. Although the apartment is great, I think next time I would prefer to stay somewhere in the Marais (which was what we had originaly booked but at the last minute we were told it had been double boked so we had to choose somewhere else) or in St Germain which is very pretty - I think this would just give a different Paris 'feel'.

I stayed here with my boyfriend in September. The apartment is very cosy and modern, well situated, very near of Arc De Triumph/Champs Elysees. There are a metro station very close (phillipe roule). The photo is real, the apartment small but for us it was enought, perfect for a couple. The most I like it was the shower (fantastic) and the light (very well iluminated).

J'ai eu récemment le plaisir de rester une semmaine dans cet apartement tout à fait moderne et fonctionnel. L'endroit est très tranquille et pafait pour une ou deux personnes. L'accueil par le représentant de la compagnie fut également agréable. L'apartement est à deux pas des Champs Élysés ce qui m'est pas désagréable et très près du métro. Bon

Stayed here for 10 days in early September 2011. Enjoyed the location as it is ideal no matter what sort of vacation you have in mind. Easy access to the Metro helps with trips to anywhere (we even used for our day trip to the Chateau Versailles). Modern, all the amenities you need -- and QUIET (apt faces courtyard). Jules was great to work with as well providing a nice handy Guide Book for the apartment & appliances. Would rent again, no question about that.
