The taxi driver will then have the apartment key with him and will open you the apartment door.

Location
This apartment ro rent in Paris is very well located in the 8th district, only a few steps away from the Champs Elysées. The Place des Ternes is right in front of you, the Arc de Triomphe is 100m further and Poncelet Street and its market are 100m away as well. This area is extremely lively during the day and is well known and beloved by the Parisians. All the shops that you could need are very close: supermarket, bakeries, delicatessen, flowers etc.
The closest subway stops are Argentine, Ternes and of course Charles de Gaulle Etoile. Many bus lines stop nearby as well.
Standing
This Paris apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building with a lift. Access is secure as to reach the building you will have to use a door code for the first door and a key for the second gate. You will first cross an elegant hallway and then reach a lovely paved courtyard with trees. The windows open on this quiet courtyard.
Layout
This large 30sqm studio apartment in Paris has been entirely renovated just recently (Feb 2011). It has a main room, a kitchen and a bathroom.
The main room has been divided in two areas with a very nice removable white wooden screen between the bedroom area and the living area.
The 'night' corner features a double bed (140x200), and on the other side, the 'day' area features a sofabed, a coffee table, and a cabinet with a flat scrreen TV. The sofabed will offer an additional, very comfortable, bed for one person (130x200).
You will also find a table that can be used as a desk or as a dining table for three people. It can also be turned into a larger table, perfect for four people.
The entrance opens on a corridor that leads to the bathroom (featuring a walk-in shower and the toilet), and to the fitted kitchen. This is modern, with all the utensils you need to cook.
Note that near the entrance door you will find a wardrobe and storage space, as well as in the main room.
This spacious studio can sleep up to three guests. It is very bright, relaxing. The decoration is simple but very nice, it gives a romantic touch to this place. You will have the feeling of living in a 1-bedroom apartment rather than in a studio as both parts of the main room are very separate. You will enjoy this apartment, whether you stay a week or a year!
