This superb short term apartment rental in Paris is located in a small street next to the Avenue Foch, one of the most prestigious avenues in the city. Home to many palaces, including residences belonging to the Onassis and the Rothschild families, it is the widest avenue in Paris and is bordered by ancient trees along its entire length.
Only two steps away from the impressive Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysees, considered as the most beautiful avenue in the world. All the biggest brands are on the “Champs”, such as Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Yves Saint Laurent and not forgetting the famous Fouquet’s restaurant.
The perfect Sunday stroll starts at the Arc de Triomphe and continues along the Champs-Elysées, before crossing the Place de la Concorde to finally finish at the Jardin des Tuileries and the Louvre Museum.
You will find a wide range of cafes, restaurants, typical French brasseries and cinemas, all within walking distance.
The nearest Metro station is Charles de Gaulle-Etoile, and very close-by you will find Victor Hugo, Kleber and Argentine. For those who are in Paris for business, the Porte Maillot, the Palais des Congrès and La Défense are nearby. There is also a public car park just 50m away. There are also many bus-stops in close proximity.

Standing

This apartment is located on the 6th floor of a very high standard building. The access is secured by a magnetic lock and an intercom. The hallway is sumptuous and the 'gardienne' takes really good care of the building.

Layout

Gorgeous 90sqm apartment consisting in two rooms where up to four guests can sleep.
The entrance gives on a hallway that leads to the kitchen and to the main room.
The main room is very spacious, decorated with much taste. It has been set in several areas, to fit every wish you could have ! If you want a place to read, comfortably installed, the little boudoir will be prefect. It features a red sofabed where two people can also sleep (140x200).
If you need an area to work, the elegant desk is just waiting for you, facing the window and its balcony.
Then the living-room area, with a couch, a coffee table and armchairs. The lamps, the armchairs, the frames, everything has its place and makes this room really lovely.
You will appreciate the two balconies of the living-room, around 3sqm each, perfect to have a glass of wine under the stars after a long day out !

The main room opens on the bedroom. It is also very spacious, you will find like a suzerain (or its queen !) in the king size bed (200x200). The bedroom features a large flat TV and two wardrobes. The French window give on the same balcony as in the living-room, only with the view on the Eiffel Tower !

Note that each window has electric shutters.

From the bedroom you will access a small corridor that leads to a dressing room, perfect to store your clothes, luggage, etc…

The bathroom is next to the dressing. It features the toilets and a sophisticated multi jet walk-in shower (with a digital control panel).

The fitted kitchen is opposite the dressing-room, next to the bathroom. In fact it has two entries, one giving on the hall to the bathroom and the other giving on the entrance hallway. You will find two built-in folding table (for two people maximum) : one in the kitchen, one in the corridor leading to the main room. It will be perfect to have dinner but only if you are a couple.

This apartment can sleep up to four guests. It is absolutely stunning, bright, and comfortable. You will have this delicious feeling to be a privileged Parisian leaving in a fantastic and exclusive neighborhood.
