Location

The Greneta street is a small street in the Chatelet-Les Halles and Montorgeuil pedestrian zone. House number 55 in which this short term Paris apartment is located is less than 200 metres from the busy Montorgeuil street. The area has become one of the most exclusive and expensive areas of Paris, populated mainly by young professionals from the service and finance sectors. Residents include many people who have been disappointed by the Left Bank area and have moved over to the other side of the Seine. It is a very lively neighbourhood with many shops and restaurants. The nearest subway station to this apartment in Paris is Etienne Marcel and Les Halles and Rambuteau stations are only a short walk away.

Standing

In a building secured by two different codes and without a lift, the Paris apartment is on the second floor looking onto the courtyard. The furniture is comfortable and functional.

Layout

The lounge is equipped with a double sofa bed that allows two further guests to sleep there and also a desk, in case you need to work during your stay. The bedroom has a double bed with a futon mattress. The kitchen is open onto the lounge and fully equipped. The bathroom, accessible from the bedroom, is equipped with a bathtub and toilet. This Paris rental apartment, that is very well located in a good area, will perfectly suit a family or group of friends that want to discover Paris from a nice, homey apartment for a reasonable price.

The staff were really helpful both in arranging our stay and when we arrived at the apartment - even helping us find a car park and carry luggage back. The apartment was good and in a great location, although we did have problems with the washing machine. Unfortunately there was no internet service, which was disappointing but we were warned about this shortly after booking. On the whole, though, a very good, enjoyable experience and we'd definitely go back.

The apartment is in a great location and very quiet. Easy walking distance to the Louvre. The fresh food markets were wonderful and only a few steps away. The staff were extremely helpful and professional. Did have problems with the washing machine and never did get it to work! However, there is a laundromat just around the corner.

This is a very nice apartment in a fantastic location. Rue Montorgueil is very close and is a pedestrian street with many typical French fresh markets. If you want to live like a Parisian, this is the place on the 2nd floor of a 18th or 19th century building. It is quiet, close to RER B, subways and Velib stations (http://www.velib.paris.fr/). Walking distance to many famous Paris landmarks and museums. Internet and washing machine is working as advertised (as is everything else). Parisaddress staff is on time and helpful and they respond to emails quickly. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this apartment. Un merveilleux appartement dans un quartier fantastique. La rue Montorgueil est un coup de coeur avec ses marchés typiques de Paris. Un bel endroit pour une immersion de Paris. Situé dans un 2e étage d'un immeuble du 18 ou 19e siècle, l'appartement est près des stations de RER, métros et Vélib (http://www.velib.paris.fr/). Plusieurs monuments et musées sont à distance de marche. Les appareils ménagers et l'Internet fonctionnent comme prévu. L'accueil du personnel de Parisaddress est prompt et courtois et le retour des messages est rapide. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour et recommandons cet appartement sans hésiter.
