Location
In the heart of Paris, close to Etienne Marcel metro station, Rambuteau and Chatelet les Halles, you will discover many sides of Parisian life in this apartment to rent in the city. There is the pedestrian Montorgueil area and its open market, the Marais area with its trendy shops and tiny historical streets and Les Halles shopping centre. There are so many things to discover around here.
Standing
This apartment to rent in Paris is located on the 1st floor of a building without a lift. The windows of the living-rooom overlook St Denis Street but they are double glazed so you won't hear anything inside.
Layout
This 90sqm Paris apartment has two levels.
The bedroom is on the 2nd level, on the mezzanine (the height under the ceiling between the beams is 1,70m). It features a double bed (140x200) and several wardrobes. The mezzanine looks down on the living-room.
On the main floor (60sqm) you will find the living-room, a spacious area with high ceilings. It has a sofabed that can sleep two people (140x200), a coffee table and armchairs.
This room also has a dining area with a dining table that can accomdate four guests.
The entrance opens on a long corridor leading to the main room. All the other rooms are reachable from the corridor. First on your left you will find the spacious kitchen. It also overlooks a lovely backyard. The fitted kitchen features a table.
The toilet is in a separate room, just off the corridor. It is right next to the bathroom that features a bathtub with shower head.
This short term Paris apartment is very quiet, perfect for a couple, a single person or even a small family as it can accomodate up to four guests. It has been really well organized, every square centimetre has been optimized in order to offer a maximum of comfort, a lot of storage space, a nice living area, and all of this in a central and delightful area.
