On the "Quai Bourbon" of the Saint Louis Island, this flat to rent in Paris is a peaceful retreat in the “village” heart of Paris, within easy walking distance of the main cultural and leisure attractions. Stations of two different underground lines are located nearby this Paris apartment and ensure easy connections to the rest of the capital, its train stations and airports.

Standing

Building of a very high standard. The facade and the interior courtyard are classified as a "historical monument". Camille Claudel lived in the building from 1899 to 1913. The Paris rental apartment is located on the 4th and last floor courtyard. There is no elevator, but the stairs are majestic.

Layout

Paris rental apartment 90 m2 organized with of a large living room with a sitting area and a table allowing up to 8 guests to dine. A sofabed allows two additional people to sleep here. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped. The bedroom is particularly wide with a bed (160 * 200). The bathroom is accessible from the bedroom. The apartment has two toilets. This apartment to rent in Paris is really exceptional with its quietness and brightness from the many windows. The ceiling is charming with its many exposed beams.

This place was so perfect We almost do not want to tell anyone for fear it might not be available the next time we are in Paris. The apartment is both charming and sophisticated. The location in the heart of Paris could not have been more perfect. It was like the neighborhood was our very own. The Paris Address team were extremely professional, prompt and accomodating. The internet connection worked beautifully. My husband and I both LOVED this place and can't wait to return. P.S. Don't miss dinner at Sergent Recruiter on the Island St. Louis, just around the corner from the apartment.

Excellent apartment in fantastic location! We stayed there with our two young children (3 & 5y) for a few days in August and had a fabulous time. It's a little bit of a climb up to the top floor but worth it! The pictures on the website give a very clear idea of the standard of fixtures and fittings which is very high. It was plenty big enough for us and would be huge for just a couple staying; the location is superb and it's quiet at night. The kitchen is small but very well fitted out and in any case restaurants very close (just around the corner). Great service from ParisAddress overall with satisfactory solving of an minor issue with hot water that arose when we were there. All in all, we would recommend ParisAddress and strongly recommend this apartment for a short stay in the centre of Paris!

Este apartamento Ã© maravilhoso! Ensolarado portanto muito iluminado, com um pÃ¡tio interno impactante e muito bem localizado...ÃŽle de Saint Louis.... Ficamos por 13 dias, meu marido , minha filha de 13 anos e eu e foi tudo perfeito. O pessoal do parisaddress foi profissional e gentil e o taxista Jean Claude tambÃ©m. Pretendemos voltar muitas vezes e sempre contar com a equipe parisaddress!

Could not have asked for more. Everything described on the site was factual and pictures gave a perfect representation of what we found. The location was exactly what we were looking for on this trip to Paris. I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone traveling to Paris.

The Paris Address team and this apartment were fantastic. The team did everything they said they would, on time and without any hassles. They were at the apartment when we arrived and went through everything to ensure it worked. The apartment was exactly as described on the website - great location, great fittings and very well furnished. Our kids (10 and 8 years old) loved the loft bedroom. Can't wait to go back again.

The apartment was beautiful, the location was fantastic and the services provided by Paris Address were first class. The driver we arrnaged to pick us up at the airport was an angel. The apartment had everything and we didn't want to leave. We will definitely be coming back and using Paris Address, I am only sorry I didn't know about them sooner.

Just spectacular. The amplitude and beauty of the apartment were awesome. The same builging where Camille Claudel did her finest sculpture... Imagine! Les poutres Ã vue, magnifiques - Juste un peu froid Ã l'hiver (bords de Seine, quelques chauffages en mauvais Ã¨tat). Tout Ã fait id'eal pour les autres saisons. A racommander absolument!!

A delightful place to stay right in the heart of Paris. We loved the location, quiet but with good shops and restaurants just around the corner. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, bright and spacious; an excellent base for our family of four. We have recommended it to friends and look forward to our next visit.

BOURG19 apartment: What a wonderful apartment; the location superb, the kitchen easy to use, the internet connect very fast, the layout of the apartment comfortable and two toilets. The service and friendliness from ParisAddress was a great bonus making our holiday so much easier. The facility book with suggestions and ideas on what to do in Paris helped with planning our itinerary. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.

Our experience with this apartment, the accuracy of the web site and the professionalism of the Paris Address Team mirrored all the previous comments. We would stay here again and recommend it to our friends. As a family of four we found the apartment to be a good size. The loft was fine for our twelve and nineteen year old sons.

We fell in love with Paris! It was our first trip & it began with the transfer from the airport when Jean-Paul (taxi driver) collected us & continued with the amazing apartment Bour19 on Quai Bourbon. Eric, from Paris Address,was extremely friendly & helpful & spoke beautiful English (with gorgeous accent!). We would highly recommend the apartment not only for the aesthetics but also the location - we were within walking distance of extraordinary restaurants & shops & some of Paris' national treasures! The website description was accurate & we can't wait to stay there again!

Our family of 4 (two adults, two teens) stayed very comfortably in this apartment in June 2011. The living room/dining area and master bedroom were as spacious as they appear in the photos and the apartment overall was very clean and in excellent condition. The location on Ile St Loius was convenient, just a few minutes' walk to Notre Dame and the Metro, but unbelievably quiet at night. We appreciated the apartment orientation given by the Paris Address rep Eric. I have not had much experience in booking vacation rentals on-line, but I found that the apartment and all the details of the rental were accurately represented by Paris Address. I would recommend Paris Address and this apartment Bour19 based on our experience.
