Location

It is delightfully unspoiled and has a mixture of handsome 17Ith century architecture, modern boutiques, narrow streets and magnificent views from its tree-lined quays, where you can join the locals in sitting along watching the world go by, or even bring a picnic. Running lengthwise along the island is the main street, Rue Saint Louis en l’Ile. There is a Baroque church, refined boutiques, old-fashioned bistros and brasseries, delicate chocolate and food shops, a florist, bakeries, a wonderful cheese shop and many pretty salon de thé all within in metres of this special Paris short term flat rental.
Many of the most attractive sites Paris has to offer are located nearby. The Pompidou Centre , the Louvre Museum, the Tuileries Garden, Champs Elysées, the Sainte Chapelle, the Latin Quarter, the Bastille and Le Marais are all within walking distance and Notre Dame is just across the bridge, on Ile de la Cité.
The nearest metro stops to this Paris apartment rental are Cité, St Michel Notre Dame, Pont Marie and Sully-Morland. RERB will take you directly to and from CDG and ORLY airports.

The apartment was furnished to a good standard and was very comfortable. Crisp cotton bed linen and loads of towels were provided. It is ideally located in the centre of Ile St Louis and is close to local shops (bakeries, cheese shop, small supermarket etc.) for your everyday needs. If you choose to cook (we did as it is easier with a 2 year-old!) there are bigger supermarkets a short walk away on Rue de Rivoli. The kitchen is reasonably well equipped. We had no issues with noisy neighbours and had a very quiet and peaceful week. We were met at the apartment by the ParisAddress rep. as arranged and had no reason to contact them again throughout our stay. We would certainly consider renting through them again next time we are in Paris.Read this comment on Typepad

Very good choice in Paris. I recomend apartment and Parisaddress. I am from Brazil and I was worried about renting an apartment so far. But it was really great. Johan, member of the staff, speaks portuguese. So if you are portuguese or brazilian it will be very easy to you. The tv set and internet were not working at first, but Johan and Axele solved the problem very fast. They are very efficient and sympathetic. We enjoyed Pont 401 very much. It was clean, comfortable and well located just as promised. It looks just like the photos and had what we needed in the kitchen. The pick up service at the airport and ability to coordinate getting into the apartment upon arrival was great and made it all very easy and stress-free.
