Location
By renting a Paris apartment on this discreet and self-contained island you will have an enchanting stay in the city. It is delightfully unspoiled and has a mixture of handsome 17Ith century architecture, modern boutiques, narrow streets and magnificent views from its tree-lined quays. Running lengthwise along the island is the main street, Rue Saint Louis en l’Ile. It boasts a Baroque church, refined boutiques, old-fashioned bistros and brassery , delicate chocolate and food shops, a florist, bakeries, a wonderful cheese shop and many pretty salon de thé.
Many of the most attractive sites Paris has to offer are located nearby. The Pompidou Centre , the Louvre Museum, the Tuileries Garden, Champs Elysées, the Sainte Chapelle, the Latin Quarter, the Bastille and Le Marais are all within walking distance and Notre Dame is just across the bridge, on Ile de la Cité.

Apartment located on the 4th floor of a building equipped with a lift. Access is secured by a door with a magnetic key and a second gate with a door code. The windows overlook the quiet Leregrattier Street.
Layout
This lovely 27sqm Paris apartment will please anyone who loves traditional French style apartment with moldings, 'tomette' on the floor (typically French floor-tile), and a chimney (only for decoration though).
The main room features a double bed (140x200) and cabinet with a flat TV screen.
The studio also features a built-in wardrobe.
The bathroom features a bathtub and the toilet.
The fitted kitchen is open on the main room. Two bar stools will enable you to fully use the bar.

I stayed there one week, and it was great. It is in the best location posible, the flat is very quiet, it has all you need, we styed there with a baby, and the owner(Denis) provided a baby bed, and was very nice and helpful. I highly recomend it. AviadRead this comment on Typepad

Ce studio très spacieux se trouve dans un quartier à la fois central et à l'abris du tumulte de la ville. Extrêmement agréable entièrement refait avec une décoration très soignée. Le propriétaire est charmant et très accueillant. Idéal pour un séjour en amoureux, pour visiter Paris et oublier le stress.Read this comment on Typepad
