Location
This Paris apartment rental is located in the heart of Paris in the 2nd district, close to the Jardin des Tuileries, the Place Vendome and Place de la Concorde. The Louvre and the Museum of Decorative Arts are located within 10 minutes walk and from there, if you cross the Seine, you reach the heart of Saint Germain des Pres. Surrounding the Paris flat shopping addicts can find all major brands of fashion and jewelry and the famous boutique Colette.
All amenities are within a short walking distance: restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, dry cleaners, bank and pharmacy. By night or by day, you can take many lovely strolls here, as the neighbourhood is very safe.
The closest metro station are Madeleine, Opera, Pyramides and Tuileries.
Standing
This apartment is on the 3rd floor of a building equipped with a lift. Note that the lift is not very large, one person only can fit in it.
The building access is secured by a door code and an intercom.
Layout
This lovely 40sqm apartment has two separate rooms.
The entrance gives on the dining-room which features a dining table for two. The fitted kitchen is open on this room.
A corridor with built-in storage space will lead you to the main room. It has been divided in two distinct areas.
First the living area, a charming room featuring a couch, coffee table and two nice leather armchairs. It also has a desk and a large flat television.
Then the second part of the main room : three steps will lead you to the bedroom part. It is separated from the living area by a wall that doesn't reach the ceiling. Therefore it gives the bedroom a bit of natural light.
Everything has been thought through to make optimum use of the space and offer a maximum of comfort and storage space in the bedroom, the living area and the entrance.
The bathroom gives on the dining-room/kitchen. It features a bathtub with shower head and the toilets.
To conclude, this apartment can sleep up to two people. Located in the deep heart of Paris, you will have a chance to discover many sites by foot. You will have the pleasure to come back to this place at the end of day, enjoying a quiet and peaceful apartment, well maintained and very well set out, decorated with much taste…You will definitely have trouble leaving this exquisite nest !
