Location
This Paris apartment rental is located in the heart of Paris in the 1st arrondissement, close to the Jardin des Tuileries, the Place Vendome and Place de la Concorde. The Louvre and the Museum of Decorative Arts are located within 10 minutes walk and from there, if you cross the Seine, you reach the heart of Saint Germain des Pres. Surrounding the Paris flat shopping addicts can find all major brands of fashion and jewelry and the famous boutique Colette. The closest metro station is Tuileries.
Standing
Located on the 2nd floor of a building equipped with a lift, the access is secured by a door code and a second gate with an intercom. The windows are double glazed so you will enjoy a peaceful environment !
Layout
This wonderful 78sqm has three rooms.
The entrance gives on the living-room equipped with a sofabed for two people (140x190), armchairs and a coffee table. A large wardrobe will enable you to store your clothes. You can use this room just as a second bedroom as it has its own bathroom with a walk-in shower. The toilets are separate, next to the entrance door.
The next room is the dining-room (with a dining table for four people), a very spacious room with an open fitted kitchen, well equipped and modern. This majestic dining-room can be used as a living area if you want to use the 'real' living-room as a bedroom with its en suite bathroom.
Then you will reach the master bedroom with a double bed (140x190). It features a large wardrobe and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and the toilets.
This apartment can sleep up to four guests. If two couples travel together, both of them will have privacy thanks to the two toilets and the two en suite bathrooms.
You will truly appreciate the refined decoration of this comfortable Paris apartment. The three rooms all have large double glazed windows. From them you will have a chance to see the roof of the Palais des Tuileries and the Dôme des Invalides in the back.
You will enjoy a very central area from where you can discover many amazing sites by walk.

Beautiful apartment in the perfect location. We had a wonderful time in this spacious and updated apartment which is just a block from the Louvre. The building was quiet, even though it was close to Rue Rivoli. The Metro station was just 1/2 block down and very convenient. The only downside was that the person who met us to review the apartment didn't speak any english. Fortunately, my boyfriend spoke some spanish and so was able to communicate with her. Otherwise, it was fabulous!Read this comment on Typepad
