Location
The apartment rental in Paris is exceptionally well located in Saint Honoré street, in the 1st Paris district . At walking distance from the Louvre Museum and Tuilleries Gardens, it is close behind the St. Eustache Church (in the nice Les Halles Park). Also nearby are the Pompidou Centre, Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Marais, Saint Loius and the Cité Islands, Opera, Place Vandôme. It is ideally located to the main metro lines N° 1 and 7, stations Louvre Museum and Pont Neuf. All amenities are within a short walking distance: restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, dry cleaners, bank, pharmacy etc. Close behind the Paris rental you will find many nice international and typical French restaurants.
Standing
Building of good standing that is very quiet yet in an animated district of Paris. This nice and typical Paris apartment is on the 1st floor, with an elevator. The access is secured by a digicode.
Layout
Functional and charming studio to rent in Paris of 25 m2 with two windows and a ceiling with beams. The Paris apartment has one queen -size bed. A small bed for a child up to 4 years can be provided (free). There is one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, expresso coffee machine etc. Sheets and towels are included.

I rented this apartment with my 5 year old son. We had a great experience and a great time. The place was spotless clean, very comfortable and quiet. The location was excellent, right in the middle of the city, close to many attractions, shops, restaurants and the metro. My husband and I rented this apartment over the New Years holiday and we absolutely loved every minute spent there. It was right across from the best bakery. We would the short distance to the metro often and found ourselves returning to the apartment every afternoon to relax before heading out. Highly recommended!Read this comment on Typepad

My wife and I just spent 15 days in this apartment and loved every minute of it. It was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and the appliances all seemed to be new. We did some of our own cooking and there were markets within three blocks with everything we needed. The bakery across the street and produce/fruit market a few blocks away were especially excellent. There are many fine restaurants in the neighborhood, some of which have excellent reputations. The location of the apartment can't be beat. It is a VERY short walk from the Louvre-Rivoli Metro stop so any place you'd want to go in Paris is almost certainly less than 30 minutes away and a pleasant ride from one of the nicest/cleanest Metro stops in Paris. On top of all this, our owner/hostess was gracious and helpful. Arrangements for meeting us upon arrival worked perfectly. Highly recommended!Read this comment on Typepad

This studio apartment was in an excellant location. Close to the metro main line #1. Area dining estabishments were very good and at a good price. We only used the kitchen facilities for morning coffee and juice. The bakery across the street provided wonderful choices. The owner was very helpful in meeting us and was very plesant. The only problem we had was at the start, the phone numbers given to us in our emailed instructions for contacting the owner were wrong. It took a few phone calls to finally get instructions for meeting the owner. I did complain to the owner that the upstairs neighbor was very loud,, two nights he was up until 3 AM, very loud music, etc making sleep difficult. I did confront the man the next day after the second night, and the next nights were quite. We were there for only a week in mid-may 2008.Read this comment on Typepad

This apartment was a great place to stay for our first time in Paris. It was in an awesome location, close to a couple different metro lines, and just a few minutes walk to sights like the Louvre and Notre Dame. The apartment was pleasant, clean and comfortable. The only issue was on a couple nights the neighbors were pretty noisy. Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment.Read this comment on Typepad
