Location

A few steps from the Place des Vosges, this Paris short term apartment is located in the Marais, also close to Bastille. The Jean Beausire street in a small, quiet and pleasant one. One of the best restaurants around, Boffinger, shares the same block and is famous for its delightful coupole and its incredible fis hand sea food specialities. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants are just waiting for you to discover and enjoy the sweet Parisian way of life. The closest subway stops to the Paris vacation rental are Saint Paul and Bastille. The area is safe and animated, by day and by night, and you will enjoy many very pleasant strolls through the streets.

Standing

On the first floor of a buidling without a lift, secured by two different codes, this Paris apartment will charm you with its apparent wooden beams and its marvellous stone walls, all very authentic and French. Spacious, entirely renovated and refurbished with taste and care, this apartment is the perfect sweet haven that you dream of to spend a nice stay in the city. Space, light, quality and comfort are the keywords here. Moreover, it is one of the Paris apartments that is lucky enough to have a terrace with table and chairs for the tenant's use. Have breakfast, or just a drink with the sun bathing your face….what else could be better?!

Lay out

A small hall leads to the Paris apartment itself, with the open and fully equipped kitchen on the left. Then the double dining and living room follow, with very tasteful decoration and top quality furniture. Two very comfortable single beds, fixed into a couch, allow two further people to sleep here. The bedroom has a double bed and large wall closets where you will be able to store all your luggage. The terrace is accessible from the bedroom. The bath oom has a bathtub and is accessible from a small hallway, independent from the bedroom. Lavatories are separate. In conclusion, this apartment rental in Paris, which is very well located, comfortable and sunny, will perfectly suit a couple with or without children who want to discover Paris from a roomy place, with a price/quality ratio that you will find nowhere else. It will also suit a consultant working in Paris for a few months thanks to its quietness and closeness to everything with the well serviced public transport network. Do not look for another Paris flat as you will find nothing equivalent!

We stayed in this superb apartment for Xmas 2008, and we definitely recommend this to anyone else. Its location scores well in every respect: — 1 minute walk to the Bastille métro — 2 minutes walk to the start of the Marais — 5 minutes walk to Saint Paul — 10 minutes walk to the Seine — 15 minutes walk to the Pompidou Centre The apartment is attractive, comfortable and stylish with a winning character of its own, having most things that you would expect in your own home. But it has two less welcome features. One is that the electricity fuse tends to blow [the power goes off] if too many electrical devices are used at once, for example the kettle, cooker and room radiators. Take a torch [alas: the apartment does not have one] and check how to turn the power back on, if this happens [it turns out to be very easy, though we did not realise this in the dark]. Written instructions in the apartment would be useful! The other less welcome feature is that the famous brasserie, Bofinger, is next door—terrific in one way, but not so the noise from its staff very late at night [bottles] and very early next morning [deliveries]. All in all: would we stay here again? Yes - it's a real delight and in the end, none of this spoiled our visit. As well, the staff at Paris Addresse were exceptionally helpful and efficient — mille mercis.

We stayed at BEAUS3 for 30 days May-June 2009. The apartment was large and very comfortable. Location was ideal for transportation and availability of shopping facilities. Parisaddress was attentive to our needs whenever their service was required and contributed to making our stay pleasant and satisfying. We stayed at this apartment over the Easter holidays in 2010. As mentioned above, it is very convenient to lots of places-- either walking or via the Metro, which is just around the corner. The apartment was clean and the staff at Paris Address could not have been more helpful. I would recommend both the apartment and Paris Address highly. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

we put up at BEAUS3 12th to 20th april 2010. it was no different than what we saw from the pictures in fact it was even better for a family with 4 children it was like a home away from home, quiet,cozy and comfortable with all the facilities one would require while on business or vacation + a stone throw away from the very well organized paris metro right in the heart n the nightlife of of bastile yet in a quiet street only for the bofingers rattlings late in the night. will highly recommend and surely stay there again.

We stayed at BEAUS3 in late March. The apartment was very comfortable for a family or four, and the location was great. The final cost was exactly what was advised, with payment made very easily. The only downside was the noise from the street, so earplugs are advisable.

We just returned from our stay in Paris at the rue Jean Beausire apartment. It was perfect for our family of 4. The apartment is well appointed, spacious, homey and comfortable with everything we needed. The location is ideal. We were very happy with the choice and plan to stay again on our next trip! We stayed at BEAUS3 for 5 nights in mid Dec 2011 and it was wonderful. The staff met us at the flat and explained at great length about the apartment and surrounds; providing useful information. The apartment was spacious, very parisian, the beds very comfortable and it even included a washing machine that could wash and dry!! preety useful. We were a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers and it was more than enough to accommodate us. We didn't have a problem with noise. The location is very central and only a 1 minute walk to the metro. Lots of cafe's, shops, a local supermarket, boulangerie, fruit shop etc nearby. Well worth the stay. Happy to recommend to others. Hennessy Family.

We stayed at BEAUS3 in August 2012. The apartment was fantastic - well-appointed (even teapot and strainer!) and very functional. Very spacious for 2 adults, and extra beds in lounge room worked well when 2 friends stayed for a few nights. Wonderful location very close to Bastille on Metro line 1 and Place des Vosges. Lovely walks to Ile St Louis, through the Marais, to St Germaine etc etc. Paris Address staff also excellent throughout - very responsive and helpful. We plan to recommend both the apartment and Paris Address to friends and family
