Location
Located in the deep heart of the Marais, this apartment rental in Paris has a perfect location. All the main tourist points are accessible by foot such as Notre-Dame, the Louvre, Pompidou centre, the Carnavalet, Picasso museums, les Halles and much more. You can take strolls around the area and feel like a real Parisian. The area is safe and very lively. Many restaurants and bars will offer you a great outline of French gastronomy. The closest subway stops to this Paris flat are Hôtel de Ville, Châtelet and Rambuteau.
Standing
This apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building without lift. The access is secured by a door code.
Layout
This 30sqm apartment has been entirely renewed recently. Eveything has been thought to offer a maximum of comfort. The bedroom is on a mezzanine. It features a doubled bed 140x190. The stairs to access the mezzanine have eight steps and are easy to climb.
The main room has a living area with a comfortable sofabed (two sleeps 140x200) and a coffee table that can be converted into a real dining-table for four people if you need it.
The fitted kitchen is open on the main room. It has high stools if you want to take your breakfast on the bar.
The bathroom is small but very functional and it features a nice bathtub with head shower.
The toilets are in a separate room, next to the bathroom.
The furniture and decoration have been chosen carefully. This apartment has everything you might need during your stay ; high speed internet, dishwasher, washer-dryer, micro-wave, electric oven and even a portable A/C unit in case it gets too hot.
A maximum of four people can sleep in this lovely apartment. It is very cozy, nicely decorated, you will love it as much as you will appreciate the area.
