Location
This apartment is located in a quiet and commercial street of the 3rd district next to Le Marais area, very close to Pompidou Center and Republique (which is rather convenient as you can catch five different many metro lines in Republique). The main tourist attractions are within walking distance and with the metro you will reach other places easily. You will enjoy the vicinity of the Marais, pole of life and activities by day as by night in an environment much more quiet and serene.
The closest metro stations are Art et Metiers, Temple, Republique and Rambuteau.
Standing
This apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building with lift. The access is made safe by a door code and an intercom. The windows of the bedroom give on a quiet courtyard. You will sleep in a really quiet environment then.
Layout
This 40sqm apartment has two rooms. The bedroom has a double bed (140x200), a large wardrobe to store your clothes and a desk, useful if you need to work in peace.
The windows give on a backside courtyard. You will have a chance to sleep quietly.
The living-room is at the end of the corridor, it has two couches. One of them is a sofabed (140x200). Another desk will enable you to work in the living-room, but it will not be suitable for four people to sit. The windows give on Gravilliers Street, but the double glazed windows will protect you from the outside noise.
From the corridor you will also reach the bathroom, located between the bedroom and the living-room. It has a bathtub.
The fitted kitchen is modern, accessible from the entrance hall. So are the toilets, located in a separate bedroom.
This apartment is suitable for four people. It has been simply arranged but it is comfortable, functional, well located and fairly priced.

This apartment is very nice - clean, modern, functional, great location in 3rd district, 15 min walk to Hotel de Ville or 5 min walk to metro. Grocery stores nearby, and not far to restaurants/brasseries. Agent was helpful and punctual, and internet was very good. We would definitely stay here again, and thought it was a good value.Read this comment on Typepad

I stayed here for a week. It was in a good location (very quiet at night, but felt safe). The main problems I had with the apartment were 1) It was a little run down (for example, part of the wall was peeling) and spartan (very minimal furniture, no decorations), but still had all the basic things you would need 2) The apartment had dirty floors and could have done with a more through cleaning 3) The washing machine didn't work very well Otherwise it was a convenient location, spacious, and had all that one would need for a week in Paris (but don't forget to bring your own soap/shampoo!)Read this comment on Typepad

We stayed here recently for 6 nights. We found the apartment clean, quiet, safe and comfortable. It was simply furnished but has everything you'd need. It is on a quiet street but is very close to grocery and an organic food store whilst it's 5 minutes walk to the heart of Le Marais. Internet, TV, heating, hotwater etc all worked perfectly. The agent and ideed the whole company have been very pleasant and helpful to deal with. We would most certainly stay here again.Read this comment on Typepad
