Location

This charming flat to rent in Paris is located in the heart of the Marais near the subway stations Rambuteau, St Paul and Hotel de Ville. Thanks to its central position, the main tourist attractions are within walking distance of this Paris apartment: Pompidou Centre, Notre Dame, the Louvre, Picasso, Carnavalet museums etc. You will enjoy the quiet of a little Parisian street where there is almost no traffic and where many buildings are historically classified. The neighbourhood is safe and you will appreciate the strolls through the area.

Standing

Good standing, typical Parisian building. The Paris apartment is located on the second floor without a lift. Access to the building is secured by a digicode and intercom.

Layout

25 m2 apartment rental in Paris consisting of a bedroom (not closed) with a double bed (140 * 200) and a charming main living room with a table,sofa and fireplace. The kitchen overlooks the living room. The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower. This short term apartment in Paris is very charming, with beautiful high ceilings, beams and large windows. Ideally located in the heart of the Marais, you can visit almost all the major attractions (Louvres, Eiffel Tower..) on foot.

I stayed at this location from 23/05 to 30/05. Service: When we arrived we were met in timely fashion. Possibly the ONLY complaint about our experience was that the apartment had not yet been cleaned when we arrived. We left for dinner and when we returned, the apartment was clean. Otherwise communication with ParisAddress was always timely and they were very helpful and clear in explaining everything about the process of renting the apartment. They even provided faxes required for the travel Visa into the country. Thank you so much! The Apartment was lovely. It had a ton of character and was a joy to stay in. Everything in the apartment worked as expected, the windows all opened and closed, the kitchen and bathroom appliances all seemed to work. What more can you ask for? The location was right across from pompidou and a quick walk to the metro. Being right down the street from the Hotel de ville was nice too. We didn't ever feel threatened for our safety and food was right around the corner. It was a lovely area. Thank you again ParisAddress, and especially Gabriel, for making this vacation a wonderful one!

We stayed at this lovely apartment from the 21st of December until the 28th, and it was absolutely perfect! Our flight was delayed twice, but we emailed from Seattle to let them know, and then when we finally arrived, our contact Joel was there waiting for us along with one of our friends (who had thoughtfully gathered wine, cheese, charcuterie and baguette). The location in the Marais couldn't have been better as our friends were at Hotel de Ville. Fabulous food shops surrounded us, along with great restaurants and bistros. Centre Pompidou was just down the street and the metro was mere steps away. We're already recommded Paris Address to other friends - all our emails were answered promptly, the final transaction in Paris took mere minutes, and our contact Joel was delightful - what a warm welcome to Paris. Can't wait to return to Paris and we'll definitely contact you again for another apartment - this is the ONLY way to stay in Paris! Thanks again for everything!

We stayed in Rue Pecquay for a week 2nd - 9th April 2010. The apartment was ideal for visiting the sights and museums and galleries of Paris. The Marais quarter is bustling and has many excellent restaurants and cafes. The apartment was ideal for a couple and had everything we needed for our week in Paris. We found everything exactly as stated on the website and the arrangements for getting into the apartment all went smoothly thanks to the efficiency of the Paris-Address staff. I would not hesitate to use Paris-Address again and also use the Rue Pecquay apartment.

Have just returned from lovely visit to this apartment [23 - 30/11]. All arrangements went well. A superb location too. It was extremely cold in Paris and the flat was lovely & cosy!
