Location
In the heart of the Marais, two steps away from the village, this flat rental in Paris enjoys an exceptional site. The population of the Marais are kind, smart and relaxed and are known as "Middle-class bohêmes" or "Bobo", knowing how to live and behave well. Very multicultural, the Parisians of the Marais appreciate the foreigners and the visitors, with many of them speaking English. This district is one of most residential and prestigious. To walk in the streets during the day or the night is very pleasant and without particular danger. It is completely possible to walk to the Museum of the Louvre, the BHV (Bazard of the Town hall), Notre Dame and many other worthwhille places. Closest metro stations to this Paris apartment are Sully-Morland and Bastille.
Standing
Building of good standing looking onto a charming interior courtyard. The Paris apartment is on the second floor without an elevator. The building is very protected with access by digicode.
Layout
Apartment to rent in Paris of 65 m2 composed of a large room with a nice high ceiling. In this living / dinning room you will find a charming working chimney, a sofa bed allowing two additional beds, as well as a large dinning table. The bedroom has a double bed. The kitchen is separated and entirely equipped. The bathroom has a bath-tub. This apartment is very pleasant, is well located and constitutes a perfect "pied à terre" from which to discover Paris.

We stayed in TRELL11F. The apartment was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed it very much. The only drawback was the winding, narrow staircase up to the apartment. The neighborhood was pleasant, very convenient and within walking distance of many restaurants, cafes, the Louvre and Notre Dame. The young men that assisted us were charming and very helpful. We stayed in TREL11F in October 2007. Wonderful location on a quiet street. Great neighborhood. The apartment clean, roomy with all possible appliances, fully operational. The stairs a little bit challenging, especially with the luggage (no need to work out!!). ParisAddress personnel very accommodating and helpful. We stayed in TRELL11F for a week. It is a perfect location to explore Paris, especially the Marais, the islands, and across to the Latin Quarter. It is a big 1 bedroom, clean and spacious. Not really updated but a classic Parisian apartment with high ceilings and high doors in a secure building with nice courtyard. Paris Address was so easy to work with - we booked at the very last minute and they were so accomodating and helpful.Read this comment on Typepad

I've been visiting Paris regularly since 1990 and this was one of the most pleasant places I've stayed in the city. The location is ideal and the apartment itself has everything one needs. The people at parisaddress were very friendly and easy to deal with. Je revenais chez Paris Address avec la certitude d'être à nouveau bien servi. J'ai choisi un appartement clair, bien aéré, avec vue sur la cour intérieure et sur la rue. Chambre, living et salle à manger, cuisine toujours propre et spacieux. Treillis 11F a tout ce qu'il faut à l'intérieur et aux alentours pour un agréable séjour de trois semaines. Quelques réserves sur le confort du lit. Également les bruits de la rue assez tôt le matin...mais tous ces employés de la ville de Paris qui travaillent tôt donnent à leur ville son cachet quotidien de propreté. Beautreillis nous offre à quelques minutes à pied La Bastille et son opéra, sa Promenade plantée, les îles Saint Louis et la Cité, la Place des Vosges sa pelouse et ses restaurants, des musées, le Louvre, le Carnavalet, Picasso et cette rue Saint Antoine où l'on trouve tout dans ses magasins et boutiques. Le Marais, c'est le plus agréable des quartiers de Paris et Paris Address c'est le service de première classe. MERCI de nous y avoir accueillis.Read this comment on Typepad

We stayed in Paris for 6 days in July. During the visit TRELL11F was nice and as romantic as in pictures of it. It was easy to reach the banks of Seine, as well as streets of Marais, coffee's in the mornings and restaurants in the evenings. Really comfortable to stay in Paris from there. Only not so pleasant surprise was how full of visitors and "experience factory"- like Louvre was.Read this comment on Typepad

TRELL11F is in excellent location. the neighborhood is lively, with convenient stores for all needs. Easy access to the river, Notre Dame, Pompidou, the Louvre and rive gauche. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and well equipped(no clothes dryer), but some furniture is decrepit or uncomfortable. The Parisaddress staff are very helpful. Booking in advance a taxi driver from the airport to the apartment is a good deal.Read this comment on Typepad

Our 12 day stay in this apartment was very comfortable and much better than a hotel! Agency was extremely helpful. For example we had two adult friends to join us for one evening; so I sent an email asking for extra pillows for the sofa bed and they were delivered to the apartment, within hours. Taxi drivers to and from CDG arranged thru the agency were also excellent. Location is great, with easy access to several metro lines and loads of restaurants and stores within easy walking distance. Street is relatively quiet as it is not a through street. We also were able to turn on the heat when it suddenly got cold and other friends in a hotel had none. We enjoyed the space and size and the separate area for computer and strong wifi connection. The sofa bed is however looking a bit shabby, with holes in the upholstery, although our friends said it was comfortable enough to sleep on! Great hot water supply even when all four adults showered in a row one morning! So overall a lovely stay.Read this comment on Typepad
