Location

Located in the deep heart of the Marais, just behind the BHV, this apartment rental in Paris has a perfect location. All the main tourist points are accessible by foot such as Notre-Dame, the Louvre, Pompidou centre, the Carnavalet, Picasso museums and much more. You can take strolls around the area and feel like a real Parisian. The area is safe and very lively. Many restaurants and bars will offer you a great outline of French gastronomy. The closest subway stop to this Paris flat is Hôtel de Ville.

Standing

In a traditional building without a lift and secured with a code and an intercom. The Paris apartment is on the second floor. Homy and roomy, you will enjoy the authentic ambience provided by the wooden beams, traditional tiles and stone walls which all add to the warm decoration. A lovely and quiet place for an unforgettable stay in Paris.

Layout

The living room is equipped with a double sofa bed, dining table and chairs, with also large closets where you will be able to store your luggage. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed and closets too. As the window faces the courtyard, this room is very quiet. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped. The bathroom has a bathtub and the toilet is not separate. We spent a week here with 2 kids. Whilst apartment is smaller than appears in pictures, It was fabulous, really central and felt completely safe. Apartment had all essentials (apart from cook top electrical circuit breaking) and close to metro, sights and tons of cafes/restaurants etc. Only challenge locating a supermarket. Myaddressparis consultant was great and very helpful. Thanks

We are 5 pax (including 2 chilldren) & the apartment is suitable for us during holidays. It is right at heart of Paris but we have some difficult with big luggages when we have to go up 2nd floor. ParisAddress staff is nice & thoughtful. The aprtment is well equiped.

Me and my 3 friends we have stayed for 8 days. The appartment is very well equiped and the location is ideal. We had no problems with Parisaddress, it was very pleasant to deal with them, they acted faithfully and quickly. A thousand thanks!

Stayed at the Apartment over the Christmas Holidays 2010. Excellent Location, Metro only about a block away, restaurants etc all very close. Apartment well equipped and quiet. Have used parisaddress 4 times in the past. Always excellent service and very accommodating.

Location perfect for a family. We were guests in 5 people (one child less than 2 years for which we found a camping cot available in the house). The house overlooks the rue de verrerie, is complete with all accessories, is quiet at night and the district is suitable for a family. Bistrot and shops are nearby, the subway is 1 block away. The consultant was really nice and helpful.
