Location
This apartment is located in one of the most attractive area of Paris. Two minutes away from the subway stations St Paul and Hotel de Ville. What can we say about the Marais area, except that this district is one of the most trendy of the city. Many restaurants, bar and place for shopping are open every days. Despite its trendy evolution, this area keeps a "village" atmosphere which make this place absolutely unique in Paris.

Very nice Haussman building . The apartment is located on the 4th floor with elevator. South exposed with many windows, it is a very bright apartment. Windows are double glazed, it has been recently renovated.
Layout
90m2 apartment composed with a main living room and two bedrooms. The living/dining room is quite large and easy to live with 4 large windows giving a nice view on Paris roofs. The kitchen, fully equipped with high technology materials is very modern and open onto the dining room. You will be able to have a great dinner up to 6/8 persons. The first bedroom gets two single beds (90*200) that can be put to gather to have a double bed. On the second one, you have a double bed (160*200). The marble bathroom is just superb with a bathtub and a separate stand up shower " à l'italienne". Toilets are separated from the bathroom just next door. In two words, this place is just the place to stay. Great location, amazing apartment just renovated….Do not miss this one!

I have rented more apartments then I can count from Paris Address.My last stay was in June at STPAUL.I believe it has recently been renovated.It was absolutely lovely.As usual, the staff at Paris Address was pleasant,and helpful in all arrangements.I travel to Paris usually at least once a year.I always know that Paris Address will make my holiday as carefree as possible. A fantastic apartment in a wonderful location. The apartment was beautifully furnished with little touches such as carefully selected library which really added to our Parisian experience. 5 star French chic! I leased the apartment LUCO for a month beginning on May 6, 2013 and I was totally satisfied with all arrangements through ParisAddress. The apartment was large for a studio and and nicely furnished in a quiet building with pleasant neighbors. I visit Paris once a year and have stayed in apartments and hotels in many districts but none was better than LUCO on rue Monsieur Le Prince. So many wonderful Bistros on the street. Location near the Jardin de Luxembourg, the RER to and from ChD and The Metro Odeon were a few great features. I highly recommend this apartment and agency.Read this comment on Typepad
