In a modern building, secured by a code and equipped with a lift, the Paris rental apartment is on the fourth floor. It looks half onto the street and half onto the courtyard, so that it is very bright and quiet. The mix of wood and modern furniture gives a warm, homely and roomy ambience.

Layout

One enters first the lounge divided into the dining area and the relaxing area including couch, armchairs and various attractive lights. This is a great space that looks onto the street and leads to the first bedroom, made up as a second lounge. It is equipped with a sofa bed, allowing one further person to sleep here and two single beds that turn into a couch too. There is a little desk with a computer available (Macintosh) and a large wide screen TV with DVD Player and cable TV. The shelves, filled with all kinds of books, will make you feel at home in this room. The other bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed and closets where you will be able to store your luggage. This bedroom faces the courtyard. The kitchen is open onto the living room and is fully equipped. The lovely bathroom, accessible independently, has a tub where you will love spending hours in a hot bath, a book in hand. The toilet is separate. This apartment is really warm, and you can feel this space is made to be lived in. It definitely has soul! To ensure your comfort, a Macintosh computer is left at your disposal with the internet connection during all the length of your stay. Every Thursday afternoon, a three hour cleaning lady's service is offered with this Paris apartment : she will clean the apartment or will iron for you for your satisfaction. Please inform us if you do not wish this included service during your stay. Also please note that private parking is available (upon specific request only)
