For any arrival after 8pm, you shall reserve a taxi via our taxi partner company from your arrival location.
The taxi driver will then have the apartment key with him and will open you the apartment door.

Location
The neighbourhood is truly Parisian : residential, quiet and enlivened, with the streets safe by day and by night. Only five minutes walk from Le Marais or Republique, ten minutes to Bastille place, and right behind Richard-Lenoir Boulevard where you will find an open market every Thursday and every Sunday. More than 100 shops sell fresh fruits, excellent vegetables, excellent meat, cakes etc. This is the most animated open air market in Paris and the favourite of foreign visitors, as there are many regional products. The closest metro stations to this Paris vacation rental are Saint-Ambroise, Richard-Lenoir, Saint Sébastien Froissart and Parmentier (line 3, 5, 8 and 9).
Standing
This loft is on the ground floor of a house, giving on the lovely courtyard planted with trees. The access is secured by a door code. You will then have to cross a first small courtyard to access the second one. The apartment is very quiet, very bright and so original you will just love it !
Layout
This amazing 72sqm apartment has two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower and a spacious living area bathed in light.
The entrance directly gives on the main room. It has a living-room area with a couch, coffee table, and armchair and a built-in seat with an industrial style.
The dining-room area features a large wooden table that can accommodate up to six people. The fitted kitchen is open on the main room.
A beautiful staircase will lead you to the master bedroom. It features a queen size bed (160x200) and storage space. The two skylight will give much light to this room.
From the main floor you will have to come down three steps to reach the other bedroom, equipped with a double bed (queen size 160x200) and storage space for your clothes.
The bathroom is next to this room.It features a bathtub with a shower handle and a superb walk-in shower.
This apartment can sleep up to four guests. Wether you are a couple or a family, you will spend here an unforgettable stay. In summer you will have a chance to enjoy the sun from the bench in the courtyard, in winter you won't miss any ray of light thanks to the glass roof and the large windows.
The exposed beams, the glass roof, the use of metal and the play of light give this airy apartment an unique atmosphere, totally atypical, quintessentially industrial and contemporary.
