Located in a building typical of the Marais district, this charming Paris vacation rental apartment on the famous Rue des Tournelles is only two steps away from the Place des Vosges, one of the most beautiful 17th century squares in all of Europe. From the hip Rue des Francs Bourgeois to the old Jewish Ghetto on the Rue des Rosiers, the Marais is one of the most lively and historic areas of Paris, bustling with galleries, cafés, restaurants and boutiques. Most attractions are within walking distance, with the Bastille Opera and Place de la Bastille close by. Located near the Picasso and Carnavalet Museums and only a short stroll away from Notre Dame, the Louvre and the Pompidou centre, this Paris apartment short term will be a highlight of your stay.
Standing
A smart looking building typical of the Marais district. The Paris apartment is on the second floor (2 flight of stairs) without an elevator. The apartment overlooks the street and an interior courtyard.
Layout
65 m2 apartment in Paris that is very well organized with two separate bedrooms. The main room has a large table to accommodate up to six guests and a sofabed for two additional sleeping places. The kitchen, fully equipped, is open on living room. The bathroom, which has a bath with shower, is accessible from the living room. The bedrooms have, respectively, a double bed (160 * 200) and two single beds. This apartment is perfect for a couple with two children, or two couples. It may be appropriate for 6 people for short periods (1 week). Due to its location, price and quality it is a good choice when renting apartments in Paris and you will spend many unforgettable moments here.

The loccation of the apartment--about 1 block from the Place des Voges--was perfect and the most important thing for us. The apartment itself was clean and perfectly adaquate. The Living room is very small but we managed to spend time with 5 other people (there were also 5 of us). The service was absolutely perfect--when we arrived there was a very nice young mad who showed us all around the apartment and told us everything we needed to know.Read this comment on Typepad

For my family, this was the perfect apartment. The location was very convenient, the building was charming, and the apartment itself offered plenty of space for 9 days for four of us (my husband, 10-year old daughter, 1-year old daughter, and myself.)The kitchen and appliances appeared nearly brand new, and the apartment was well-equipped with sheets, towels, cleaning supplies, etc. I was especially thrilled to discover that Paris's largest Sunday open air market is just steps away. The location couldn't be more convenient. Lots of restaurants and shops, and a metro stop, all within a short stroll away. The apartment was modern and spacious--perfect for a family with 2 children. The only drawback was the noise level, both from the street and the surrounding apartments. (If you are a sound sleeper this should not be a problem.) But we were extremely pleased with the service we received from Paris Address and its staff. The taxi service was well worth it.Read this comment on Typepad

This is a wonderful apartment! It has a nice, open layout and was very comfortable for two people. It was spotlessly clean and everything was in great condition. And the location can't be beat — very convenient to both the Place des Vosges and the Bastille métro station. I'd gladly stay here again.Read this comment on Typepad
