This Paris apartment is located on the 5th floor of a modern building with lift. The access is secured by a door code and an intercom. All the windows are double glazed and the apartment has a large balcony. 

Layout

This 100sqm (1100sq ft) apartment in Paris has five rooms: two bedrooms, a dining-room, an office with an extra bed, a TV room and a very comfortable living area opening onto a balcony.

From the entrance you will first reach the elegant TV room and dining room for 6 guests. This TV room links with the main room : it features a large coffee table, couches and armchairs.The French windows open on the balcony where you will be able to read or just chill watching the sky while still enjoying your privacy from this wonderful short term rental in Paris.

From the living-room you will access the corridor that leads to all the other rooms. First of all the toilet and next to that is the first bathroom that features a bathtub with shower head.

A bedroom is next to this bathroom. It features a large desk to work and a comfortable leather convertible couch (single bed 120x200).

The next room is the second bedroom with two single beds (90x200). They can form a king size bed if needed (180x200). Just opposite this bedroom you will find a walking closet.

Then the third bedroom which features a king sized bed (180x200). A second walking closet is available just across the corridor leading to that bedroom. The second bathroom is at the end of the corridor. It features a bathtub with shower head, two washbasins and toilet. The fitted kitchen is right next to the entrance door. It features a table for two where you can have your breakfast in your Paris apartment.
