Location

In the deep heart of the Marais, this lovely Paris studio has an exceptional location. All the main tourist points are reachable by foot (Notre Dame, Pompidou Centre, Carnavalet and Picasso museum). For the ones a little bit further they are quickly reached by public transport . The area is safe by day and by night and a stroll around the area will let you enjoy and discover the historical heart of Paris. The Paris apartment opens onto the courtyard so it is very quiet. The closest subway stop is Rambuteau and lots of different bus lines run nearby.

Standing

In a 17th century building without lift, this studio to rent in Paris is located on the fourth floor overlooking a lovely cobblestoned courtyard. Access is secured by a code on the main door and then an intercom. Recently renovated and furnished, this is a peaceful, comfortable haven and its sweet, warm way of life can hardly be found elsewhere. The wooden floor and beams, plus the attic, give this apartment to rent in Paris an authenticity and roominess that you will just love.

Lay out

The main room has a sofa bed where one person can sleep. The bedroom in a mezzanine has a double bed. The fully equipped kitchen is open on the room. The bathroom has a large bathtub and the toilet is not separate. In conclusion, this property is the perfect, pleasant retreat for a Paris stay : should you come for a week to discover the city or should you stay there several months for professional reasons, you will fall under its charm and have no wish to leave.

Hello, I am delighted to have a chance to write this note regarding our recent stay in Paris. We rented our apartment via Parisadress, and were so pleased with everything from beginning to end. As I traveled with two fairly young children, I had also booked a pick up service to and from the airport. The service was impeccable and the driver arrived - to - the -minute - at the previously agreed upon time at our doorstep. Very impressive indeed. Our stay at the apartment in the Marais district was great. The apartment was beautiful, and in immaculate condition. Nothing but good things to say, Thank You Parisadress. I actually recommended you to someone I talked to today while at the park. best reg. Mia & children

Hi we spent a very nice week in the apartment which was nice and perfectly located in Marais. A couple of suggestions to improve the service: lamps missed bulbs and no spare ones in the apartment; no wettex or sponge in the bath to clean it. Only one cup for breakfast: the apartment is for two people. these are details that can improve the quality of everyone's stay.

Bonne annÃ©e, Parisaddress! We had a fantastic new year in this apartment (although a few bumped heads from the cute platform bed ;). Loved the view over the rooftops (compensation for all those stairs!) and found everything clean, comfy and cosy. As for local recommendations: Aus DÃ©sirs de Manon (rue Rivoli, right by the entrance metro St. Paul) is a bit of a walk but the best boulangerie/patisserie I've found in Paris. Amazing!

We stayed in BLAM 23 in the Marais area and loved the place. The neighborhood is alive with activity, expecially on Sunday and we could walk anywhere form there. We walked 99.3 miles while in Paris, and enjoyed being able to come home to our little "nest". There were 80 stairs to the unit and some nights we looked at thoses and sighed, but then remembered this is why people in Paris are thin!

We stayed in the apartment, and liked it overall, though there were 2 little problems: a. not enough hot water for 2 bathes in a row. b. for tall people the low roof might be a problem. the service was ok, though some of our questions before arrival weren't answered at all,,,

Hi, I stayed for 2 weeks in this apartment and loved it. It's close to everything and also charming....I'm in Paris every 6 months or so and wouldn't hesitate to recommend and stay here again. See you in August/September :)
