For any arrival after 8pm, you shall reserve a taxi via our taxi partner company from your arrival location.
The taxi driver will then have the apartment key with him and will open you the apartment door.

Location:
Studio to rent in Paris deep in the heart of the Marais, on Rue du Bourg Tibour. The Marais is one of the oldest districts in Paris, but also one of the most trendy, with many restaurants, cafes and fashion shops. Situated in the centre of the city, the main tourist attractions can be visited by foot. The two closest subway stations to this apartment in Paris are Hotel de Ville and St Paul. The Rue du Bourg Tibour is a little street with few cars driving by.
Standing :
Typical building of the Marais. The access is secured by a key. The Paris apartment is on the first floor (one flight of stairs) with no elevator.
Layout :
Very charming 25 m2 Paris studio with wood floors and exposed beams. The apartment is quiet with double glazing. In the main room, you will find a 140*200 double bed with a nice TV fixed on the wall in front of the bed. There is a small kitchen area, where you will be able to have donner at a table. The all marble bathroom is quite large with a bathtub.
To conclude, it is a small Paris studio, perfect for a couple who want to discover Paris by foot in one of the most pleasant neighborhoods of Paris.

My partner and I stayed in Boutibou in late May - early June for one week. Great location close to everything in the Marais and 2 Metro stations. The apartment has recently been renovated and everything is very new. It's very compact!! The kitchen facilities are basic - but with all of Paris outside your door it's not like you will be staying indoors! Parisadress service was great - we were met at the arranged time and taken through the apartment and I would definitely recommend the service to others. A great little studio apartment - my only comment would be that in summer it will get very warm!!!Read this comment on Typepad

Terrific little apartment in a terrific and exciting neighborhood. Convenient location, near Hotel deVille metro, very near the Beauborg, tons of interesting restaurants. Parisaddress people were highly helpful both before and during our stay. (We couldn't figure out how to turn on the fan). On weekends the Marais neighborhood was very very very noisy. We didn't mind. (In fact we found it pretty invigorating). But some people might not like that party atmosphere coming up from the Rue Bourg de Tibourg.(The windows, by the way, do indeed miraculously block out all sound).Read this comment on Typepad
