Location

The street Charlot is in the real heart of the Marais in one of the most trendy areas of the capital. You will find many coffees and restaurants near your Paris short term rental. The main touristic spots are nearby : Picasso and Carnavalet museums, Pompidou Centre, the Louvre, Notre-Dame etc. You are surrounded by typically Parisian shops selling high quality goods. The closest subways are: Temple and Filles du Calvaires.

We stayed here in September 2008. The location was convenient in a combined residential/commercial area. The ground floor of the building includes a day care center, most of the remainder of the building is apartments. We walked to most places we went although there are several nearby Metro stations. The apartment is a modern efficiency. The kitchen has a small electric cooking range, refrigerator and combination washer/dryer. Don't overfill the washer/dryer if you want your clothes to dry. This was the 2nd time that I've stayed in a ParisAddress apartment. I'd certainly do it again as even though I don't use the kitchen facilities much, they are nice to have and there is more room than in a hotel.
