Location
Close to Pompidou Center, center of the arts, Saint-Merri street is a small pedestrian street on the edge of Le Marais and Les Halles area. It is such a pleasant neighbourhood ! You will find there many cafés and restaurants, and you will enjoy the proximity with so many clothes shops, decoration, books, art galleries, etc. You can walk to the Forum des Halles shopping center or check the chic stores in Le Marais, easily reachable by walk as well.?You will really be in the heart of Paris, close to areas full of life and history such as Le Marais, Montorgueil, Cité Island (10min walk), The Louvres (2 min away with the metro), etc.?The closest metro stations are Rambuteau, Hotel de Ville, Chatelet et Les Halles. Almost all the metro lines are accesible from these stations. From the RER Chatelet-Les Halles you will directly reach CDG airport, in 35minutes.
Standing
The apartment is located on the 5fth floor of a building secured by a door code, without lift, giving on a quiet pedestrian street. It has a small balcony with a lovely clear view.

Layout
This large 33sqm studio has been entirely renovated and decorated just recently (july 2011).
It has a bedroom area, with a double bed 140x200 and a living/dining-room area with a coffee table that can be converted in to a dining table for four people if you need. The large flat TV screen on the wall can be adjusted.
The entrance gives on the fitted kitchen, open on the main room. Opposite the kitchen you will find a made-to-measure furniture for the two folding single beds (80x190). A ladder can be used to access the above bed.
The lovely bathroom has a multi-jet walk-in shower. The toilets are in a separate room.
You will have the pleasure to use the balcony, having a glass of wine under the sky, watching the stars…
This apartment has an A/C system.
To conclude, this wonderful place can sleep up to four guests. Everything had been thought to offer a maximum of comfort.
The view is great, the location is great, and you will have a chance to do a bit of exercise everyday thanks to the stairs !
