It is a very pleasant neighbourhood. There are many cafés and restaurants and you will enjoy the proximity of many clothes shops, decoration, books, art galleries, etc. You can walk to the Forum des Halles shopping centre or check the chic stores in Le Marais, also very reachable by walking. You will really be in the heart of Paris, close to areas full of life and history such as Le Marais, Montorgueil, Cité Island (10min walk), The Louvres (2 min away with the metro) etc. The closest metro stations are Rambuteau, Hotel de Ville and Chatelet et Les Halles. Almost all the metro lines are accesible from these stations. From the RER Chatelet-Les Halles you can directly reach CDG airport in 35 minutes.

The  Paris apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building secured by a door code, on a quiet pedestrian street. There is no lift.

Layout

This 33sqm has been recently entirely renewed. It is very bright and you will love that ! It is a large studio, made like a 1-bedroom apartment as there are two very specific areas. The living area has a double sofabed (140x190) and a wardrobe to store your clothes.
The fitted kitchen is open on the living area. It has four high stools perfect to use the bar. The kitchen corner features a micro-wave, a traditional electric oven and a washer-dryer.
The sleeping area features a double bed 140x190, a beautiful adjustable coffee table and a design luminous chair. From the bedroom area you will access the bathroom (with a walk-in shower) and the toilets. Both have sliding doors with mirrors which give more space and light to the room.
Note that the apartment has a portable A/C unit, perfect to survive during the summer season !
This apartment is perfect for a couple, but it can sleep up to four guests. It is very bright, quiet, with a contemporary and urban atmosphere, you will love it. Considering its very central situation and its interesting price, go for it !
