Location
In the heart of the Marais, on the border of the Jewish Quarter, this Paris short term apartment rental is in a very safe and lively area. All the shops you could need are less than five minutes walk away and many bars and restaurants are just waiting for you. You will find a great butcher on the Rue des Ecouffes, a nice bakery on the Rue Saint Antoine, a fantastic restaurant on the Rue Saint Paul. All tourist points such as Notre Dame, Carnavalet, Picasso and Louvre museums, Pompidou Centre and the Place des Vosges are really close to the Paris apartment. Many strolls in the narrow and genuine Marais streets will make you dream about Paris for a long time after. The closest subway stop is Saint Paul.
Standing
In a nice traditional building secured by a code and with a lift, the Paris apartment is on the sixth and top floor. The house keeper is a great plus as she is very friendly and welcoming and will be happy to help you if you need anything. The entirely renovated apartment is equipped and decorated with brand new, top quality items. Everything is very sophisticated and tastful. You can enjoy two small terraces giving a great view over the Paris rooftops. This short term Paris rental apartment is equipped with air conditioning.
Layout
The main room of this Paris flat is equipped with a Murphy bed, so that space is quite well optimized. Two armchairs with a coffee table will allow you to relax while having a glass of wine and the massive wooden table will allow you to have a couple of friends for dinner if you wish to. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped. The bathroom is quite roomy and equipped with a walk in shower and toilet. Many closets will allow you to store all your luggage and other items. This lovely Paris studio to rent is perfect for a long or a short stay. It is fairly priced, has air conditioning, two terraces and a great view, ensuring that you cannot be disappointed. Excellent for a honeymoon!

We enjoyed the apartment very much. If you look at the above picture, there appears to be a wall bed which comes down. That was not the case and we were both surprised and disappointed. It did not seriously affect our visit and we were very grateful to your staff for it's help. We only arrived back in Los Angeles yesterday, so were unable to respond before now. If you would please check with your cleaning staff to see if they found a black wool mans sweater in the little cabinet next to the couch. The apartment was enjoyable despite the extremely limited space. The bed did not fold up as indicated in the advertising material. The agent also left a lot to be desired both at the time of the initial introduction to the apartment and in subsequent dialogue over the operation of (or rather lack of) the bed.Read this comment on Typepad

We would definitely stay again in the cozy apartment. We found it very cheerful with the 2 large windows and the location was perfect for walking to museums and gardens and different areas of the city. We enjoyed feeling part of the action with the neighborhood cafes and restaurants ALL busy. And several markets are right nearby. The agent was very thorough introducing us to the apartment and the building.Read this comment on Typepad
