This apartment rental in Paris is exceptionally well located in Le Marais, only a walk away from Rosiers Street, St Antoine Street and Place des Vosges. St Louis Island is just a few minutes away and so is Cité Island. You will have the pleasure of discovering that all the shops only sell quality products, whether you feel like chocolate, wine, cheese, restaurants, cafés, clothes or any other typically Parisian goods. The nearby ‘La Rue de Bretagne’ has an indoor market, le Marché des Enfants Rouges. Here you will discover a very picturesque and unexpected side of Paris. It is a real oasis, a village within the capital. The main touristic spots are nearby : Picasso and Carnavalet museums, Pompidou centre, the Louvre, Notre-Dame etc. The neighbourhood is very safe during the day and night. This location is very convenient in terms of public transport as well.

Layout

Paris studio of 27 square metres on the third (European way) floor with no elevator. This luxurious little studio has a splendid view on the place Sainte Catherine with no “vis à vis” and a west exposition that guarantees you a lot of sun during the summer. Furnished with attention to detail, you will find in this optimized space a dish washer, a washing machine and a flat screen television. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom has a bath and the toilet is separate from the bathroom. A wonderful little Paris studio.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at St. Catherine! The company was easy to work with, and was the best deal we found online. We actually saw this exact same apartment listed on another site, for 25% more euro! Our flight to Paris was cancelled due to weather, so our entire trip needed to be shifted by 1 day, and parisaddress totally worked with us to make it work, with no extra charge! As far as the apartment, it was exactly as it is pictured on the website. The location was ideal (though a bit hard for our cab driver to find), located in a charming little courtyard, with little cafe's within. The studio was clean, newly remodeled. The bathroom was separate from the shower, which was nice. The shower room was small, but completely functional. The shower had great water pressure, and was mounted high enough that my 6'4'' fiance could still fit underneath. There was a hairdryer provided, which was great! There was a washing machine, but no dryer (there was a drying rack in the shower room). The kitchen was also well stocked, and was just the right size for 2. The bed was firm, yet comfortable. It's hard to add anything to Jeff & Jen's above description of the flat -- it's still spot on a year later. My husband and I loved the flat's central location in the Marais, the quiet and romantic view of the courtyard, and the clean, comfy accomodations. The free high-speed internet connection was an unexpected bonus. The Parisaddress staff were amazingly responsive and nice throughout the booking process, and the price was much more reasonable than anything else I found (and I think I went on every apartment rental site in Paris.) We would definitely stay here again, and we certainly recommend the staff and service at Parisaddress. Have a great trip!

My husband and I stayed in this apartment April 2011 for 5 days as part of our 2 week honeymoon and the location was absolutely perfect for all activities, subway stop and so charming in the quaint courtyard, local shops, pastries, restaurants, museums. It is on the 3rd floor with no elevator so small luggage would work better. The price was around 115 euro/ night which was very reasonable for the location.
