For any arrival after 8pm, you shall reserve a taxi via our taxi partner company from your arrival location.
The taxi driver will then have the apartment key with him and will open you the apartment door.

Location
In the heart of the city, in a well-known quarter called ‘The Marais’, this apartment to rent in Paris, on Rue de Sevigne, is close to a number of popular tourist sites: The Picasso museum, The Archives Nationales, river walks along The Seine, Notre Dame and many more. Le Marais, one of the oldest and most charming areas of Paris, boasts narrow alleyways and beautiful museums, and is littered with countless boutiques, cafés and restaurants.
Standing
Paris apartment located on the 1st and a half floor. The building access is secured first by a door code and then there is a second gate with another code.
The windows open on a small courtyard.
Layout
This 25sqm Paris rental studio has a main room with a comfortable sofabed (140x200). Large buit-in wardrobes will enable you to store all your clothes.
A TV corner has been laid out (with a flat tv screen that is not in the picture, but it has been installed since the shooting).
The entrance opens on a room that can be used as a dining room, as it features a folding table for up to four people. Another folding table can be used as a side table if needed.
The fitted kitchen is open on this room. It is not that spacious but you will still find many utensils, pots and pans, micro-wave with grill, electric oven etc.
You will also find two large storage spaces to store your luggage under the attic room.
The vacuum cleaner, ironing board etc are in one of these two 'hidden' storage rooms. They are ery easy to access.
The bathroom is between the kitchen area and the main room. It features a walk-in shower and the toilet.
To conclude this apartment is perfect for a couple renting an apartment in Paris. It is small but functional. It will enable you to stay in a lovely area in Paris, close to many sites and very central, at a very good price!

This apartment is small and basic but superbly located near Saint Paul Metro and line 1. The sofabed was comfortable and the wardrobe relatively spacious. Toilet and shower are just adequate. WIFI very good. Didn't use kitchen facilities so can't comment. Building is old and so entrance and stairs a bit quirky. With the sofabed open/down there is very little space to manouvre so overall I would suggest that this studio is fine for a short stay for a couple and for a longer stay for a single person. Thank you to Leah from PA Location who checked me in and was very helpful. Will be back!Read this comment on Typepad

This is a really lovely studio apartment located in the Marais area, just opposite the Metro, and close to bus stops. Really convenient! The apartment fit 3 of us nicely (3 adults and 1 baby). We had to cook some of our meals in the apartment, and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. There are 2 supermarkets across the street. It is close to lots of interesting shops and bakeries, close to the jewish quarter. We had some problems with the toilet (pipe leaking and drain clogging), but after a call to the manager, they promptly came over and fixed it! The cable TV wasn't working when we were there, but then again, we didn't need any TV since there is already so much to see in Paris! Overall, it was a very pleasant and cosy stay. Would highly recommend it to anyone.Read this comment on Typepad
