i had a delightful 2 week stay in the 170 rue du temple apartment. firstly, i go to paris 5 times a year for business. and i've rented a great many apartments in the last 8 years. paris address was without a doubt the easiest agency to work with in terms of a speedy check in and check out (they come to the apartment whereas others require you to go to an office first; then you just leave your keys and go; a maid tidies up for you), simplicity of payment (they take your credit card info when you check in; prior you pay a deposit via cc card before embarking on your trip), and best off they are very friendly. the apartment was modern, clean, and nicely appointed. full kitchen, full bath, plenty of closet space even for a tiny studio, and excellent location. the bed is a double, so it was more than enough for me and i slept very well. considering that it only cost me 90 euros a day whereas a good hotel is at least 200 euros, and considering that the apartment had working wifi (the first apt i've had where it ACTUALLY works), a samsung flat screen tv with satellite cable, a clothes washer (it's nice returning home with a luggage full of clean clothes), a dish washer, and best off a monoprix right downstairs with a huge grocer section, all in all it was a super deal and i will definitely stay here again! the only downside was that the bathroom was a bit cramped, but hey, it's paris.Read this comment on Typepad

We had an enjoyable week stay in this reasonably priced and well appointed studio. We were greeted at the entrance to the apartment by a friendly Agency representative who provided the keys, instructions and local information. There are shops /markets nearby and walking distance to the Pompidou centre, Notre Dame, Picasso Museum, Carnavalet Museum and the River Seine. The only negative comment is that although the studio has double glazed windows one can still hear the traffic noise as it is on a very busy street.Read this comment on Typepad

I researched an apartment from London and was very worried about commiting, but we were agreeably surprised. I cooked and there was a little recipe book to go with the stove plus info regarding the best places to shop such as the best boulangerie, which I should have read earlier. When we extended our stay people were very helpful and it was stress free. The bed was really comfortable. The only downside was trecking through the building to get to the apartment, but once we familiarized ourselves it was ok. My husband loved it>Read this comment on Typepad

Hi everybody. I've been to Rue du Temple, 170, with my wife last year. We spent ten days there, loved the apartment, its neighbourhood and all the facilities to get, by metro, to everywhere. The apartment is cute and had everything we needed durint our stay. We recommend it.Read this comment on Typepad

We stayed at 170 Rue du Temple for 10 days and loved the apartment. Although we never actually saw any one fom Paris Address in person , the service was outstanding, even though we made all the arrangements by email from Australia. The apartment was extremely well equipped, immaculately clean and comfortable with a lovely ambience and decor. The bed was comfortable and the wi fi worked; Best of all we found the location to be fantastic. The neighbourhood was really nice and it was within walking distance to many things that we wanted to see and do, in particular the Marais and the Pompidou Centre. The nearby Republique Metro station also very useful. Having the Monoprix directly underneath was fantastic for late night food shopping, and the nearby Boulangerie was divine. We will definately stay there again and have no hestitation in recommending it to others. Fantastic and thankyou Paris Address for enabling a wonderful stay in Paris.Read this comment on Typepad

We were welcomed at the apartment, slightly delayed, by a very nice representative (Fabiane). The apartment exceeded our expectations for even if it is small it is very well organized and everything, including the bed, is of high quality. Due to a faulty Google-map we originally thought we were going to be closer to Chatelet, but the area was a nice surprice. The Monoprix in the same house is very handy for shopping groceries and necessities, the public transport is excellent with several metro-stations nearby and there is plentiful of nice restaurants and cafés in walking distance. We would particularly want to recommend Le Bouledog on Rue Rambuteau, close to Beauborg - heavenly food to modest prices! The only remark we have is that the apartment might be a warm during the summer days as it is under the roof, and if you open the window the traffic sound is quite loud. With the windows closed you do not hear a thing, though. To sum it up we loved the apartment and we highly recommend Paris Address agency as we found their service outstanding!Read this comment on Typepad

I just adored this cozy little appartment on Temple street, everything you need to feel at home is there. I had a representative of Paris Address great me and helped me with my luggage. He explained all the systems in the room and gave me his phone number if I needed anything. The appartment is very well located, it is a very nice area to walk and there are lots of nice restaurants all around. The metro station is just in front of the appartment. The Mono Prix downstairs makes it the ideal appartment, you do not have to go far to get your food. It is nice to get your warm "croissants" in the morning for breakfast. Another member of my family is a customer of Paris Address and the service is the same for all appartments. I think I am now addicted to this service and will highly recommend any of my friends to book with this company.Read this comment on Typepad

We had a great time on Rue Temple. The WiFi and clothes washer were tremendously convenient (along with the Monoprix on the first floor). We only wish we were able to stay longer. We will definitely use Paris Address again and recommend it to our friends.Read this comment on Typepad

I stayed in this apartment for one week at the end of September. I was met by Joel who provided a very good introduction to the apartment. Unfortunately the apartment had not been cleaned, even though I arrived well after 2 PM. Joel made sure that the cleaning happened and I was able to meet the cleaning lady who was very friendly and who explained more to me. The cable TV did not work and Orange was not able to provide a new set top box during my stay. This was disappointing, but the Parisaddress people told me that it was out of their hands. The WiFi did work and was much appreciated. The position of the apartment is very good and the Monoprix dowstairs is a very big plus. Temple Metro is seconds away, as is Rebublique Metro, and I was able to use the metro to get to and from mainline train stations (and connect to the CDG train at Gare du Nord), thus saving money on taxis. I previously stayed in Le Marais which is my favourite part of Paris and I was able to walk there in a short time. The apartment is well fitted out and I was able to meet some of the building's tenants and try out my French. Rue de Temple can be noisy but the apartment is well insulated from noise, although it did get warm a few times and opening the window let the noise in. Apart from that, the apartment is quiet. This would be a good apartment for the cooler weather as the heating, which came on a few times in the mornings, is very effective.Read this comment on Typepad
